I found myself in somewhat of a vulnerable spot when I went next door to the glass company to turn in my trailer that I had rented only to find out my car had a flat, this place was next door I took it to Jamie and she and Miss Margaret and even her technician greeted me with open arms not mentioning any bogus repairs because, again, I was in a very vulnerable spot and they certainly could have.

This team of professionals took care of all three of my problems addressed that I had a headlight issue though that was kind of critical and was not expensive at all, very reasonably priced all with the willingness to assist in a timely fashion. I'm very thankful for this company and they've got a customer for as long as I live in Missouri thanks again!

Well done and thank you. My wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee was having AC issues. I expected it to be a small fortune. Surprise! They found the problem, and a few other things that had been missed. It was not a fortune, but very reasonable. So, yes, I'm taking my Mustang for an inspection and an extra job, and we will be back for all our maintenance. These folks are like the Mechanics and Automotive folks I used to work with, honest and reliable. Thank you all for renewing my trust in folks. These are the best. Blessings!

Blue Srings Auto Service is a great place to go. They are honest and provide all cost estimates up front. They do good work and are very easy to work with.

I have used these guys for years. Very trustworthy and honest about there work. They always get things done in a timely fashion. They just got my f150 back up and running again for me. Jamie is always a pleasure as well and she communicates very well on updates on whats going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I am a traveling medical professional driving home from across the country and my car starting misbehaving they were the only people who took me in last minute even though they were booked ! I thought I was going to get stuck a million miles away from home. everywhere that was local had appointments only after 2 weeks & I’m just driving through the state ! I am so grateful ! I had my dogs with me as well the lady at the front desk even gave them water . They 100% took care of me, super thorough with everything they checked and took me right away ! Last year I ran into trouble with my Subaru as I was passing through town. The owner was incredibly kind and even helped me find a safe hotel to stay over the night. She and her staff had me up and running the next morning. I will never forget her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended

Jamie is great! She was so sweet and so knowledgeable. I took my Jeep in to get a headlight fixed and was in and out in less than an hour at half the price the dealership was going to charge me. Uhh-mazing!!

If there were more than 5 stars as an option, Jamie and her team at BSAS would have it! I have worked in the automotive industry for years as an ASE Certified Parts & Service Consultant and have never experienced the level of detail and appreciation the team showed to me and my vehicle. I recently acquired a 2014 Audi A6 which had some oil leak issues and was in dire need of servicing. Jamie put me on the books and I dropped off for a few days while the repairs were being made. I experienced one oddity while transporting the vehicle back to the hotel where I was staying and to air on the side of caution, Jamie sent a tow to me and I was more than 45 minutes away! Her team checked out the Audi first thing in the morning to pinpoint an issue that was caused after I had other items repaired and they quickly priced the repair and got it taken care of for me-just in time for me to hit the road for a long trip home. I am forever thankful for this team and will absolutely be bringing my vehicle to them as long as I am in the KC area and will recommend BSAS to everyone I know in the area. Jamie & team- fantastic job, you have a customer for life. I appreciate you all so much!

Jamie was awesome. Her staff was able to get the car looked over in less than 24hrs. I was looking to buy a car out of state in MO(I live in IN) and wasn't going to do it without a professional auto mechanic looking over the vehicle for me. Jamie and her team did a fantasy job and the customer service is next to none. So you if need a pre-purchase inspection or any auto mechanical work done...give Blue Springs a call. The ONLY problem I have with Jamie is that she doesn't have her business in Indy so she could be my go to business for all my auto work, LOL.

The communication and service were EXCELLENT from start to finish. The owner was very responsive to questions, and they gave me a competitive price before doing any work. They also were able to warranty a NAPA part (as I had the original receipt) that had been previously installed by another NAPA Shop. Highly recommend and will be taking my vehicles to them if needed in the future.

Absolutely an amazing experience. We had a rear-end leak on our truck that needed replaced, as we were from out of town. We stopped in and they were able to squeeze us in, get the parts ordered and get us back up and running in no time. Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating . Definitely recommend them to everyone. If we are ever in Blue Springs again and need auto repairs, this is where we will go.
