This was literally the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. All of the meat was insanely good. The sides were perfect, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. There is absolutely nothing this restaurant could improve upon. They are perfect. Do your stomach a favor and go try it, you won’t regret it. 10/10

What a hidden GEM! We are locals and have never visited. Decided to check it out to celebrate birthday. It was a Tuesday so not busy but the food and service was phenomenal. Loved the salad bar and don’t skip the sauces to dip the meat in. At the end of our meal we found out that Eddie, the owner and chef, was the one bringing the food around on skewers! We will be back.

My family loves this place! Never had a bad experience and we’ve been multiple times. Meats are cooked to perfection and delicious. Lots of great options at the buffet. A local family favorite!

The chef was super nice to us, gave our son a stitch toy. You can tell he takes pride in his meats, truly enjoys a compliment on his grilled meats and does a really good job and on everything he serves.

Great all around experience for the 4 of us! Everyone found something to eat that they liked. The "salad bar" with hot & cold, & soups, had a great selection. You could make a nice meal just from that!

Delicious food and incredibly attentive staff and servers. Sausage, chicken, flank steak, sirloin, honey ham slices = think slices of fresh meat, not "prepared dishes". Creme Brulee and Grilled Pineapple Vanilla Ice Cream Dessert. We went with a group and had The Full Dinner Rodizio with unlimited cuts of mesquite fire roasted meats served tableside directly from the wood burning fire pit. Impressive salad bar, soups, and cheese bread were included.

The picanha steaks are super good. Steaks grilled to perfection... nothing more you can request.
If you go there, make sure you are hungry to enjoy the delicious food they have. The service team are so caring, you feel very good taken care of. They came regularly to check that we have everything and are doing ok.

I visit Brasas frequently and I highly and easily recommend for top quality food, service, and atmosphere. They treat you so warmly and it’s of course fun to watch the food cook.

The garlic sirloin, parmigiana pork, honey glazed ham, well, all of the meats are outstanding. The lamb is outstanding too for those who partake.

The salad bar has great selections and don’t forget to ask about the soups and any special items on the bar!

Absolutely the best here on the space Coast. He is an artist with his cooking. Even the taco meat (yes they have a taco bar!) was amazing using top sirloin.

The meats were amazingly good!!! All meats were really good seasoned and flavorful!! And the service was outstanding, all the staff members were super friendly and professional. Honestly a must try restaurant!!!

Five (5) stars are inadequate for this establishment, it deserves at least ten (10), imho.

We attempted to dine at this Brazilian Style Steakhouse yesterday, but upon arriving found out they were undergoing a bit of an upgrade and wouldn't be open until today, 04 June, 2021. So we returned this evening and I am so grateful that we did. This was my first dining experience at a "Brazilian Style" steakhouse and 'Brasas Grill Brazilian Style Steakhouse' was well beyond any expectations that I had. The owner & Chef should be proudly displaying national level awards (stars) for this cuisine. I could've easily dined just on what was offered on the soup/salad/veggie bar, it was amazing by itself. However when you flip your table card from red to green indicating that you are ready for the staff to bring various freshly cooked meats to your table, it elevates your dining experience exponentially! This evening there were no less than seven (7) meats being offered for customers to sample. They were all worth trying, and yes I tried them all (LOL), but the Parmesan Crusted Pork, Bacon Wrapped Chicken, Flank Steak, & Sirloin Steak were all contenders for a "Best Dish" award. I know what you're thinking ... Flank Steak? Trust me though and try it because this Chef definitely knows what he's doing, it was so tender & juicy that I honestly believe my 81 yoa Mother could've eaten it without her dentures.

Then there are awesome deserts to choose from if you have any room left. We went with the Cheesecake w/Caramel topping & Grilled Pineapple w/Ice Cream. Both are recommended.

This review would be incomplete without at least mentioning the staff. We had an excellent Server who took care of everything from keeping our beverages filled to bringing us freshly baked 3 Cheese Bread (and it was delicious). But additionally there were the gentlemen that regularly stopped by the table with skewers of the various proteins for you to choose from, and they were hustling tonight, as well as the Chef himself who was on the floor greeting diners and even asking if there was something additional that he could bring us. That is almost unheard of, but just another example of why you need to give this restaurant a try ... period!

'Brasas Grill Brazilian Style Steakhouse' has taken the title of "Absolutely Must Dine Here" if you find yourself within the central Florida area and looking for a Top Tier dining experience. My only regret is not finding out about it sooner! I WILL be returning.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of being the first ones here on a Saturday night and we had such an amazing experience. The food was excellent, the staff were so nice, and overall it was a great time. I cannot recommend the pineapple dessert enough. It was absolutely delicious! We will absolutely be back.

Wow what a nice surprise, we accidentally came up on this place for lunch nice little buffet grill fresh meats, several choices for the buffet entree and salad and additional soups homemade available. Excellent choice we recommend for sure. owner came over and talked with us service was exceptional, a great find. We look forward to coming back for dinner, they do a traditional Brazilian grill with 100% mesquite wood. Can't wait to try that 😎

This place is a real gem. We went for Happy Hour on a Friday. The prices were quite reasonable and I would have gladly paid more. The food was exceptional and our server, Karen, was friendly, informative, and a real joy. I will definately be returning.

Had another fantastic lunch at this hidden jem, they just added pork carnitas tacos to their lunch menu, My Husband had to get it, and so of course I tried his, it was phenomenal and so big, very filling. I am never let down here, and these guys really know their meat! Salad Bar is back too!!

Amazing Brazilian restaurant. We're veterans of many Brazilian places and this place has the best service by far. We had different preferences for doneness but they had no problems quickly producing food that was what we wanted. The meats were excellent, folks loved the salad bar, and they handled a toddler wonderfully.

Excellent Brazilian style restaurant with unique salad bar and fantastic fire grilled meat service. The lunch is very reasonable with the salad bar. The wait staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. He don't miss restaurant on Merritt Island.

Visiting from Michigan. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. But better than all of it, our waitresses were amazing
