AT&T Store

Sales associate Juliana was amazing. She was fully knowledgeable about every device and their accessories along with how to resolve some connectivity issues we were having. I am going back on Friday to see her and only her about purchasing another Apple Watch. Please commend her for here wealth of information and expertise along with being the sweetest associate.

Came in on a Monday morning spoke with Daniel. He put me on the list he was able to get to me right away. Daniel was really helpful was able to solve my problems. Had a couple issues with adding a new number and upgrading my phone. He did an amazing job. If you go there ask for Daniel really nice person he would definitely get the job done. I love this AT&T store.!!!

Thanks to Shawn the general manager I finally have my phone number back! My phone was stolen while traveling overseas and had a terrible time activating my new phone until I step into this AT&T branch in Merritt Island FL . I was so close to canceling my contract with AT&T because nobody seemed to be able to help me, customer service number sent me to an AT&T branch and so forth and for a month it seemed nobody could help me. It turns out that me going back and forth trying to find help is what lock my account! Imagine that! AT&T not helping me was what set up the chain of unfortunate events. that was until I went to this branch and Shawn himself made the call and got my new phone activated. If I am still a customer is because of him, give him a raise! Even better make him president of AT&T!

I went into our local store to make some adjustments to our business account.

The store is physically very large. But there were only about 3 employees that were working. So we did have to wait something that I just not fond of.

The employee that helped us was Phil

He was very polite, extremely accommodating and did not rush us at all. I was actually very surprised.

He made a few suggestions beyond what we were there to talk about and I believe that going forward. Those are going to streamline things even more.

Jorge’s ATT helped me tremendously. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He Took the time to look at our account and helped save us almost $200 monthly, even with my new phone purchase.

AT&T representative. Jorge, went above and beyond to resolve a very complicated issue with merged households and joint accounts. He was able to find upgrades that would fit our lifestyle. Jorge came up with creative solutions that best fit our situation...ATT has a real asset with Jorge as a customer representative.

I had to stop into the AT&T Merritt Island this morning. I will be honest, I always dread the idea of going into the store, but I am so happy I found this location and Johnathan.

We were greeted at the door by two very pleasant young men. Johnathan was the person who helped us, and he was awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient.

We had several things to work out and he patiently walked through of our issues. He was knowledgeable and updated us on current promotions. He was not salesy, rather very helpful!

Great store, not crowded

Daniel Foley at the AT&T store in Merritt Island, FL was awesome!! We had a hard time with another carrier releasing my phone, Daniel was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable!! It took us 2 days and more than 4 hours to get my phone released and he was a rock!! Thank you AT&T for having such awesome personnel on your team!!

Excellent customer service I went in at 10 am with an issue over my bill I believe his name was Mike he was not able to fix problems but was so helpful trying to help me I appreciate good customer service you don't see it to muc h anymore especially if it's an error on there part

We had a great experience at this store all due to the kindness and competence of Juan Buitrago there. He went above and beyond to make sure we accomplished what we needed. He was helpful and even made our time enjoyable. He was professional and worked very efficiently to help us.

I came in today to have my phone activated and was greeted by Jonathon. I warned him ahead of time that I have vision issues so I might need help with a few things, if he didn't mind. He was wonderful! He set up my font (checking to make sure I could see it before setting it), made sure everything was good to go with my talk to text, showed me where to go to delete things, as well as a few other things. Jonathon was kind, patient, understanding, and great to talk to. Thank you for having such an amazing employee.

Phillip my store representative was extremely patient and helpful. I had a lot of issues getting the correct information from my former carrier. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and made me felt that I will have great service when needed in the future.

They were really busy , still took care of my trade in in under 30min . Friendly staff plenty of parking .
