They have the nicest employees and when you want to get your photos of your family and friends. They are there to help you . The only thing I don't like is the self checkout. Wouldn't it be nice if corporate America could see that customer loyalty is not based on the product you sell . But the people who work there because they are our friends and family to .

I went the other day to Michael's and was shopping for someone else.
I ask for help and I proceeded to ask where certain items at. She then said it was such and such a place, I asked her would she show me the location and she refused to.
Very rude!!!
I again went back today and asked if they carried pin backs.
A different lady today helped me and showed me.... Thank you so much.

Been awhile. Bought paint and Brushes .A new project with my boyfriend to paint a faded wooden picture. To hang outside. Was fun.

They have discounted many many items. They have a wide variety of craft products.

Expert help in the framing department, keep your eyes open for special sales , had an heirloom print framed and it came out spectacular!

Nice big store. Plenty of room to move around in. There are a lot of sections, but not as extensive selection of products in the areas I was interested in (Wire wrapping/jewelry making tools.)They were having great sales for that night only, a lot were 70% off!

I haven't been in this store in awhile. Everything was pretty much the same. Sales of 50% of all Christmas decor. With a few weeks to go before the holiday, they still had a pretty good selection. The shelves were neat and the store looked cleaned.
People were meandering about but I didn't notice people buying as I left after I walked through. I was actually looking for cushion foam but, what they had really didn't fit my needs plus, I felt the prices were high.
I think, one would need a 50% off coupon to make it a competitive price. I did go across the street to Ollie's and bought a 4x22x22 piece of foam for $7.99 which fit my purpose but, I didn't even see that type of foam at Michaels. My thought is, if I did, it would have cost x4 that price. Either way, this store is very nice for the crafty mind.

I came in last minute to buy matting to go around a home portrait I had painted for my parents for Christmas who just moved here from Ohio. Ron and Victoria were both so very eager to help and I came away with a beautiful framed art piece. I couldn't be happier with the result and their kind service. It was above and beyond for sure! They always have what I'm looking for. They also have a great return policy. They have such a huge inventory of craft items that I'm tempted to learn how to make things for myself instead of buying them! Seriously though they do have everything you need for just about any craft project. Plus the prices are really low. Just had a sketch framed they did a fantastic job.

They did an excellent job on framing three items. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Nice size store fully stocked with tons of fun crafts, floral, yarn, and paper products. They also have a very nice classroom in front for different arts and crafts classes. Very clean and organized store.
