Since moving to Hinckley two years ago I have established care at the Welia Health Hinckley Clinic. Very pleased and thankful that they are so close and attentive each time I have had need to for medical care. The staff & the location are exceptional.

I thought I broke a finger. Called for an appointment and got in right away. Everyone from the receptionist to medical assistant to doctor were very kind and efficient. Excellent first experience!

I recommend you go somewhere else for your doctoring. Zero responsibility for their efforts or lack thereof.
Update: Your compliance officer obviously has better things to do but she did send me a letter which maybe could have been a template.

Was treated like dirt on several occasions good luck making a complaint you'll get the run around and no call back will never be treated like that again
