I went in to upgrade my old phone and my mom came with me to see if she could get the “share location” feature on her iPhone fixed because it’s been a little wonky. Hurricane Beryl hit just a couple days ago so we were expecting a wait time or slow systems just because of how many power/data outages there all over. Even with that though there was basically no wait time and we were helped right away by Juan.

Juan was super informative and helpful! He gave me multiple upgrade options based on what I was looking for and helped my mom with her location services too. We really appreciate his help!!

Excellent service conducted by mobile expert Devin Hua. He knew exactly how to take care of setting up my new phone which I had issues with trying to do it at home on my own. He was very patient with me in the process and corrected the issue well. I highly recommend him for anyone coming to this store, you won't be disappointed!

Stopped by to inquire about my account. Customer service was excellent. Dominque was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained all account details that were not easily comprehensible. I was curious about an Apple Watch, cost and benefits of having one. Dominque explained cost and difference between current models, as well as presented current sales. He broke down costs between purchase options. He was very patient, kind , nor he did not pressure me to make a quick decision or purchase. I truly enjoyed my experience at this location and I am exceptionally impressed with the customer service Dominque provided, and delighted with my purchase and thankful I stopped in.

Heather was professional, fast, and personable. She made transferring my data from the previous model look so easy!

I wasn't in line for very long but I saw the way she interacted with other customers in the store she's clearly a star player and this is one of the better T-Mobile stores.

Great service. Had an issue with my emails, Valline, a sales staff member took the time to fix the issue and teach me how to correct the problem if it happens again. Show me I'll forget, teach me I'll remember, Involve me and I'll learn.

Heather was absolutely fabulous. She got me a new Galaxy S-24 with a fabulous T-Mobile trade in. She explained everything well. She was very nice, professional, courteous and patient. When my new phone came in, she transferred everything quickly and efficiently. She got everything done with no problems. She really knows her business. Great employee!

There are no words to describe the level of patience, understanding, care and compassion that Jeremy has at T-Mobile Bay Square! The experience was AMAZING! I’ve never had better customer service in my entire life! He went the extra mile for me and he checked on me numerous times during a busy time when customers were in and out! Is this real?!? I came to T-Mobile in phone turmoil and I received the utmost spectacular service from Jenae. I left and came back due to i-phone ignorance and received even better service performance and compassion from Jeremy who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all my needs were satisfied and that I left a happy and pleased customer.

I visited this store and the Customer Service was amazing. I have been dealing with the manager(Anthony) since the Bay Area location. And Lay helped me next and she went above and beyond to make sure the service was excellent.I returned because my phone didn’t connect so Whitney came out and did everything she could to finally get it connected. I really appreciate them going above and beyond Great Customer Service.

Felicia a representative here helped me with a very complicated order for over two hours of calling T-Mobile services back and forth on her own phone. She really went above and beyond. This is a rarity in this world to find someone that would put forth an amazing effort.

Jeremy is a professional and kind hearted. He helped us and suggested for us to utilize our insurance to remedy the situation we were experiencing with our phone.
