So, when I saw this bike online and placed my order, I said to myself this is as good as it gets... but it got better. When I saw the bike in person, I fell in love with its good-looking, nimble and efficient design, so I rode off with it. Around 1,700 miles later I ran into some issues that couldn't be resolved by contacting the manufacturer, and guess what; things got even better! Peter from Abrazo in Rancho Cucamonga drove by my place in Venice, picked up the bike, had it repaired in just a day, charged me for the absolute minimum, threw in some extras, and got me back on my daily commute with this beautiful beast of an e-bike. 19/10, would HIGHLY recommend!!
