We rented a power recliner! They were courteous and gave us a veteran’s discount!
Very fair pricing too! When we had an issue with the chair they were expedient in sending a great man, Miguel, to fix it! It had. It had come unplugged from under the chair! But they were ready with a different chair just in case! It was comfortable per my wheelchair bound husband! It even laid out the whole way for a nap as it had two separate motors! I would highly recommend this company!!!

We contacted Mobility City prior to our vacation to rent some mobility equipment for my husband. They had exactly what we needed, delivered everything promptly. The staff were very helpful & courteous. Thanks to Steve for wrangling the 2 chairs we rented into the elevator & getting them set up where they were needed. We will definitely be calling you for rentals if we make it down to Fort Myers Beach again.

Miguel and his staff were extremely helpful throughout, delivered the hospital bed my husband needed right away and were very flexible with pick-up date/time once we were ready to return it. The equipment was clean and in good shape. Overall, nothing but a 100% positive experience.

With less than 2 weeks’ notice, my almost new mobility scooter was waiting for me at my hotel upon my arrival. It worked perfectly. I spoke to Miguel to place the order. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mibility City!

I brought back my rented wheelchair and I was late. They had already closed the young man who works there saw me as he was in the parking lot in his car. He came out got the wheelchair out of the car for me and opened up the building so he could return it, and I would not get a late fee, he also texted me and said if I got to return it early in the morning and he would not give me a late be very impressed with him his kindness and respect

Miguel listened patiently to my needs, carefully researched available products and quickly and efficiently delivered the perfect scooter to me. I highly recommend this business and it’s excellent, caring employees!

Needed on mobility scooter for my husband while we stayed on Marco Island. Several locations suggested by the concierge at the hotel, but none had a scooter that would accommodate 300 Pound weight Needed for my husband. Mobility city provided an excellent scooter that was Able to handle the weight. They delivered it to the hotel, set it up and charged it, and picked it up when we were finished from the hotel they made it so easy for us to have a wonderful time on our vacation.

We called and they changed the tubes on our tires on our Trikaroo. We did not have the correct tools to do it. They had great customer service and were efficient. Completed the job in the stated time frame and assisted putting the Trike in and out of our pickup. Saved us hours of driving to go to Hudson, FL. Thank you so much. Judy Cardinal

The staff spent lots of time demonstrating several different types and models of chairs until we settled on one. Since I did not know for sure that it would be suitable for my Mom, they let us try it out for a week and agreed to come pick it up if it did not work out. Such great customer service came as a pleasant surprise these days. Thanks to Laura and her co-workers for making my task so much easier!

My husband has Parkinson's and needs help getting in and out of bed. The new bed rail that Laura showed us was the best answer.The Stander EZ click LTC Bed Handle.
It is so strong and not in the way of getting in or out. You can push the button to remove the top part to make the bed very easily. I wouldn't recommend if you are using it to keep someone from falling out of bed.
Laura was extremely helpful in getting this for us. They delivered a chair and then put the railing on the bed for us too!

Called Mobility City with only one day before i needed a lift chair delivered to my hotel. They were quick to respond, professional and I had the chair I needed in my hotel room when i returned from having my surgery. Pick up/ delivery was easy and no hassle. Great company.. Highly recommend them

I can't say enough of how wonderful the crew at Mobility City were to me. My husband was having open heart surgery and not knowing how long he was going to be hospitalized . I needed a lift chair for him, the young lady was very helpful and caring. The chair was delivered and was a Godsend. From first contact to delivery ,quality and pick up they are the best. Thank you all.

My Mom was visiting and I needed to rent a scooter to go to the Bears vs Bucs game. Laura was phenomenal and provided us amazing service, showed us how to take the scooter apart and put back together. The price was fair and the scooter worked perfectly! We will definitely be back!
