As soon as you walk in, a comforting aroma lifts your spirits, and you know you've made the right choice waring here. the decor is cute with lots of cat stuff on the walls, it's very clean and the customer service is quick and friendly. The food wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be and everything was so good. they give you alot of food and it was so hard to choose what to get because it all looks delicious. the food came out pretty quick despite it being busy when we arrived. our tea was so yummy and served everyone. I highly recommend this place, I had an ideal eating experience and likely will revisit.

Is the sushi delicious is the question? And I believe the answer is YES. try the roll tide roll or anything else that sounds good to you. I have tried the roll tide multiple times and not had anything like it anywhere else.

Amazing hole in the wall! If your looking for authentic they got it! Basic sushi for newbies they got it. Nice staff and low key atmosphere come on it. One of my favorites!

I've never had anything bad here. The service is fantastic and the prices reasonable. Lots of cute decor in a relaxed atmosphere. It's almost like you wandered into an side street soup shop in Japan, not fancy but real good.

Solidly my favorite place for ramen in town (and I'm pretty sure I've eaten ramen at all the places). If you're looking a stronger flavor, get it later on the day. I like the Shoyu earlier in the day and Tonkatsu later in the day; curry ramen is good anytime. The flavors are always fabulous and the ingredients tender.

Sushi is fresh. You get generous cuts with the sashimi, the sushi rice is tasty, and always comes out like a piece of art. The sushi, sushi/sashimi, and the pick 2 or 3 maki combinations are great values.

Poke bowls are large and filling. The boss bowl always hits the spot. You can ask for half rice/half salad base if you're looking for something a little lighter but still want some rice.

The boba has good flavor and texture as well.

DELICIOUS! My husband and I were craving Asian food and this place really had it all. We were sat down immediately and had so many options to choose from: Sushi, Ramen, Hibachi, Poke Bowls, Boba teas, etc. (huge menu!). Everything was super hot, had so much flavor, and the service was so friendly. Needless to say we’ve found our new favorite place in town.

Had the sashimi lunch sampler. The white Tuna was especially tasty today. Great service, very friendly.

PHENOMENAL food!! I got the build your Poke Bowl with three proteins and it was excellent. Everything our group had looked good and nobody had any complaints. The service could’ve been a little faster and half of the food came out before the rest but I’ll give them benefit of the doubt this time around.

Has got to be one of the best places in Huntsville to go in sit down and have a really good meal. You can watch your stuff being cooked right there in front of you over there where they are cooking in the kitchen. The food smells delicious and it tastes even better than that.

My first time trying Aki and I must say the food was amazing! We had the Gyu Don, Oyako Don, the Philadelphia Roll, and Green Apple tea. We were not disappointed! The server was very friendly and attentive. The menu has a nice variety of items, many I have not seen on other menus throughout the Huntsville area. The restaurant was very clean. The tables were spaced out for safety. We will definitely be back!

$15/3 roll deal made the offspring happy 😊 good service, tasty rolls and nice presentation.

The Katsu Curry and Tempura Chicken were amazing!! 10/10. I will try other meals in the future, but this will be my go to meal.

Insane value and the spicy tuna tasted great, come here if you want to pig out.

Very familiar quick-eat ramen restaurant setup, with the addition of booths! Everyone liked the food and we were surprised by the large size of the portions. Quality and taste weren't sacrificed; everything was delicious.
Only thing is there were some who don't care for mushrooms and there were a lot in the hibachi they ordered. So be sure to check if mushrooms aren't your thing.

Aki is by far the best Japanese restaurant in Huntsville, Alabama! The staff are amazing, the food is beyond delicious and comforting and the restaurant is welcoming, neat and clean! Today was our second time there and we are definitely going to be eating here more often!

10/10!! There are so many options on the menu! The Pink Lady Roll was light in flavor and honestly really cute. The Sparkling Sake is really good too! The staff was lovely. Would definitely come back!

love coming here for sushi and boba ! the boba has been a hit or miss sometimes, but quality of the food is great and service is friendly. The tonkotsu ramen is just okay. I know some Asian restaurants change their flavors for the American palate so idk if that was the case or not but the flavor was lacking. Sushi tho 10/10

This place was awesome! It's definitely a hole in the wall joint that is totally unsuspecting. You may not consider it looking at the restaurant from the outside, but it will not disappoint. I sampled a few things to give them a fair shake and everything was delicious. It wasn't crowded but all the tables were practically taken.
The food is authentic and prices weren't terrible either. It took a bit to get the food and it was OK because the restaurant had a cozy feel and it made for casual dining.

Oh my god. The dynamite roll. I wish I could eat that all day. When I saw this roll, it has all of my favorite ingredients (smoked salmon, eel, avocado, scallops) and are my go-to rolls (Eel + Philly) wherever I go. I usually go raw compared to cooked or baked, but this changed my perception. It might have been pricy, but it was worth every penny. The Futomaki Roll wasn’t that great. One thing I noted was that it contained crab meat yet it was under the Vegetarian Roll. Interestingly, after I ordered, I didn’t get it with the crab meat. I did point that out to the server and they came back with a serving of crab meat.

It took a while for me to receive my food, and I think this was partially due to the dynamite roll being baked. My server was polite and helpful, and also refilled my water. This place was busy around 5:30 PM on a weekday as well.

I have heard wonders about their ramen and plan to revisit to try it.
