This is one of those phone stores that give you a good phone at the advertised price. At least the young lady who was working there was honest and did not try to over sell us on gimmicks and was one of the most honest and kindest people I have ever met. You should stop there for your next phone. I know I will! Great job.

Greatest cellular company in US history, at least as far as I am concerned. This location, like all the others I've visited, is staffed by helpful, knowledgeable people who are eager to find the best solution for your specific needs.

You might be able to go right somewhere else, but you will NEVER go wrong here!

I lost my phone and for three days I procrastinated about going to get another bc I dread having to go to "the phone store".
However, to my surprise.. with a smile and a sincere greeting the young man working (Romel) turned what I thought to be a lousy task into a nice memorable experience.
He was very knowledgeable and people friendly, which is refreshing because those are rare qualities not seen much in the younger generation of workers.
He was awwwwesome! :)
I would give him another five stars if I could!
Oh.. And I also got a pretty cool new phone (that he suggested)

Was i need of a phone got there at 11 and was well met by Kameron she was awesome got phone tablet she made sure 8 was up and running very pleasent and knowledgeable. Metro should be greatfull for such an exceptional employee. Thanks Kameron and Metro for such good service I've been with metro 2+ years.

The lady working there got bombed whenever I came in, and she went through everyone and had a positive attitude through and through, kept her posture, and went through everyone within 30 mins, kudos to her!!

very good attention despite the difference between English and Spanish language was very professional and tried to understand each other and we achieved the purpose because sometimes by listening and seeing that a person does not speak Spanish as they discriminate him ... this man was an excellent Customer Support
