Staff is super nice and helpful even when they are unsure how to help; They do the right thing and find someone who can help. They understand what real customer service is. I am very passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and these employees get it right every time!

Love this Sally’s! And of course Darlene is awesome and knowledgeable and I love getting to see her when I go! My fave store to get my hair coloring stuff ever!!

I really don’t think I could ask for a better experience whenever I’ve been here! The staff has been super friendly and super helpful. I did my own hair for the first time and my first attempt I didn’t get the color I want, but definitely close. The second time I went, I asked an employee for help figuring out how to get the specific color I want - and after doing it tonight I’m thrilled with how it came out!! The employee was so quick to help and made sure everyone in the store at the time was helped. She even asked that I come back so she could see it done, which was a super nice personal touch. I definitely don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for the products I need from now on!

This store is only open until 6pm weekdays. Very nice staff. Google seems to not have changed the hours online yet.

Anyone who knows me, knows that beauty products and a beauty routine are not in my bag of tricks. Yes I can pull myself together once in awhile, but products, how to use them and how they work are all foreign to me. That is until I walked into this Sallys.

On an adventurous Saturday I decided to see exactly what these stores are about. I walked in and automatically saw all of the workers there really involved with customers. I walked around for a minute and I had a lovely lady who introduced herself as the manager come and ask me if I needed help locating a certain product. I told her that I didn’t really know where to start in a beauty routine or process but I wanted to slowly incorporate it in me life. She was so knowledgeable and amazing! She showed me amazing beauty products, phenomenal nail polish colors, and really amazing hair color. She helped me pick out great shampoo for volume (which was the main reason I went in) and even let me know if I wasn’t happy with the product to please just let her know. Hearing a store of this nature care about their customer feedback right off that bat really made me feel comfortable and like I was in the right hands.

She did get called away for a phone call at one point and the worker who jumped in for her was just as knowledgeable and welcoming as she was. I don’t know if all Sallys are like this but if they are then I don’t know why they aren’t more popular. This Sallys has definitely gained a customer for life!

Side note: The products they had me get were amazing!

Love this store but you need to post hours of operation!!!!

The only reason this is getting 2 starts, is because of the sweet girl with green hair. Who actually helped me with what I asked and agreed with me the toner I picked out should work for my roots. HOWEVER, The older woman with dark and red hair- so EXTREMELY rude. And mean, I asked if she recommended a toner for my yellow roots, to which she went on and on SUPER loudly how my hair was 474637 colors and was so extremely rude, to even where my 3 year old daughter said SHHHHH. I knew what I was there for considering I’ve gone to hair school years ago, but asked for her opinion even being a bit shy showing her my roots. I will never come back to this establishment and thankful they have other employees because this one is just a miserable mean woman and I hope no one has to come in contact with her.
