Had to argue and wait 45 mins for them to go through their card transactions to figure out we did pay our bill. The Mexican guy in there put our payment towards some other persons bill. Keep ur receipts! Or try to…they fade so fast!

They tried to avoid turning my water on (which I had recently activated and didn't even have a payment due yet) because they didn't want to send someone out to do their job.

The enporia water department is pathetic. The crew "working" on the water mane has don't nothing but stand on the street corner talking from 330-430 not working after being on this project 6 days already. I have videos and documentation of this every day that they've been there. They show up late take off early and stand around most of the day. And then expect people not to get mad when they keep needing to shut the water off after watching there crew stand around. Get your stuff together emporia .

If I could give these people a negative 6000000000 I would. They are rude and incompetent. I received NO BILL and then on the 22nd received a shut off notice for the 23rd. I worked 14.5 hrs with NO BREAK at my job and called them at 8, 8:05, and 8:25. Finally got ahold of them. They then informed me that I had to pay $30 extra because it was "after 8" THEY DONT OPEN UNTIL 8 AM. BEEARE THEY WILL PINCH YOU FOR EVERY PENNY THEY CAN. If I could choose a different water provider I would.
