Great American Diner

First time trying the Great American Diner. The atmosphere was bright and clean.
Wife and I shared a bowl of oatmeal, she ordered the All American Breakfast, and it was very good. Many options for the French toast.
I ordered the G.O.A.T. which was 3 eggs scrambled with ham, sausage, and bacon, cheddar cheese, and covered in sausage gravy. It was tasty without being too salty.!
Server Christine was very attentive without hovering.
I definitely want to return!

Tried this diner in Greece for breakfast today and was shocked how great it was. Portions are huge, service is friendly and on point, options are endless and thus, everything is on point. Outside seating options are a plus especially with a beautiful day. Huge place so no wait even though it was packed as clearly, the word is out.

Food was amazing (got the G.O.A.T breakfast special and eggs Benedict), prices are very reasonable, service was great. Our server gave us almost perfect timing between arrivals and didn't push any deals or anything. Music was at a great level, could speak and hear but was good background noise. Interior is very kept, no stains or messes I saw. Best of all, bathroom was CLEAN and did not reek of anything. Booth seating was comfortable, etc I could go on.

Really just an awesome, modest diner in Greece. Will certainly be back.

First time here and they have fresh selections than I normally order from others diners .I enjoyed it.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is so delicious and there are so many choices. And they have vegan choices right on the menu, including vegan waffles and pancakes! The fruit option to put on pancakes and waffles is fresh cut strawberries, blueberries, etc, no canned fruit! Super good food!

Wide variety of omelets, pancakes, French toast, and waffles. The menu is huge and so are the pancakes. Lots of traditional and unusual options. While they have basic breakfast, if you're after something more exciting, give this place a try.

Great breakfast with great friends! I don't think I've ever gotten a to go box for leftover breakfast before but the meal was so big and so delicious--I was happy to have more later for lunch! This meal will keep me full all day long! I recommend the G.O.A.T--yummy!! I'll see you again soon, I hope!

We a great first experience at GAD. The place was busy but we got seated almost immediately. My daughter ordered A PANCAKE and this thing was the size of a medium pizza. The omelettes and other food was great. Although super busy you never felt like things were slow. Diners are making a big huge resurgence and for the money I felt it was reasonable for the current times. Honestly I paid what I would have paid at a drive thru for a proper sit down experience. The selfish side of me will tell you don’t go so you don’t take my seat :) but the reviewer side of me says, don’t hesitate to give this place a shot.

I really love this little spot. I almost don't want to mention it because I'm afraid it's going to get too busy. Has wonderful breakfast! Pancakes the size of dinner plates is no joke at this particular location that is the norm. Word to the wise, you're going to spend all your money on the good coffee and drinks at this location. The food is actually not bad for as much as you get. You will not leave this place hungry. Usually my friends have to get doggy bags to take half of their plates home with them. Maple syrup, the real stuff, costs an extra 4 bucks, coffee, the good stuff (Jamaican me crazy), costs you an extra five bucks on top of any other additions you want i.e bacon, sausage or an extra side of hash browns. So, basically things add up at this establishment. Leaving here without spending at least $20 is unheard of.

Love this place! Have eaten here several times and tried both breakfast and lunch. They have healthy items and very indulgent ones too, but everything is delicious. The service is prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.

The food was good but I think $3.35 extra for egg whites was ridiculous. It's not like they're wasting the yolk as that can be added to other eggs. There's only one restaurant that I know of that doesn't charge extra for egg whites.

The owner came to our table. Really nice gentleman. The server was great overall great experience. Cannot forget the food it was great big portions and cooked just the way I like. Go here and go here fast. Chef J back there doing his thing.

The food is excellent and the servers are polite. Nice to finally have a quality breakfast in Greece! I have a lot of breakfast meetings and appreciate how private the booths are, even if the place is busy.

This place is amazing. The food is delicious, the portions are huge and the service is phenomenal. The fact that another reviewer didn't even give it q chance because of a color scheme and a truck in the parking lot is wild to me. This place is definitely a must try.

My new favorite Diner to get GREAT FOOD and service. Located in the same small plaza as Flight West, on Long Pond Rd north of English Road. The Great American Diner has great breakfast food, sandwiches, salads etc. Their pancakes are 18 inches in diameter and their waffles are large, fluffy and delicious.

I am on a gluten free diet and they have amazing GF waffles, pancakes and bread.

Food came out fast and was delicious! Server was very nice! Definitely will be back.

Breakfast is incredibly delicious. The steak was fantastic in the honest Abe was an incredible mix of amazing flavors.

What an amazing diner I must say!

I am from the Diner Capital (NJ) and I must say this is the best Diner I’ve been to in any state besides NJ! This diner is incredible. Excellent food and the environment is truly awesome. Never see people anymore not on there phones. Yet here no one is. Everyone is enjoying the moment and the staff makes this place so enjoyable. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Feel like I am at home!

Whenever I am in Fairport this is my spot. Great place and the owner is awesome. Never said more then a hello and a simple head nod but today I watched him do what I’ve heard he has in the past.

I watched the owner pay the bill for a customer. Older lady who was dealing with a tough time, especially two days before thanksgiving. The owner sat down never even handing her a bill and told her that if they need food for tomorrow and Thursday (thanksgiving eve and thanksgiving) to call and he will get something over to them. Truly awesome.

Will be back for sure as that really touched my heart. Great place.

Went for breakfast and it was amazing!!!! The pancake was huge and delicious!! Only “complaint”…no kids menu.

Love this place. Always have a great breakfast here.
