Michael was so kind and friendly. Breakfast had just ended and all I wanted was french toast sticks for breakfast and he made sure I recieved them. Yes, I paid for them. I don't want anyone thinking I got them for free. Thank you for everything Mike

It's ostensibly a fast food restaurant, but while the food does get to you fast, the quality is generally considerably better than other restaurants in this category. A single meal will likely fill you, and they really do taste great. They are pricier than some of their competition, but the consistent quality of the food makes it worthwhile. Additionally, as it's not mostly filler but real food, the energy and feeling of fullness will actually last. I do finds their spicier foods are actually spicier than some of their competitors, so do take note of that if you're unprepared. I'd call them my fast food place of choice.

Wait for breakfast burritos. 2 were Luke warm. The 3rd excellent.

this is the best wendys in rochester. to this day we have never had a problem getting our order correct. it’s quick and yummy and i mean what else could you possibly want! thanks for ur great service :)

Fast service, accurate order fulfillment, friendly staff. Has enclosed patio room for that outdoor feel while keeping you warm in the winter. Now does free soda refills with the Coke multi flavor dispenser! Also refills for tea and coffee. Open late drive through.

These folks know their way around a cash register and will take your order and get you served in short order. Very pleasant experience. Food is as described and presented better than most. Staff is always pleasant, which tells me the management treats them well.

As far as, bad for you food, fast food chains, I think they are not, all the same. For me its Wendy's, I think their food tastes really good and the texture, to me is pleasant to eat. I put Wendy's at the top, for fast food!!

Pretty consistent with others in the area. Love the mobile app which allows more customization of meals. Put the order in, pay and grab from take out. Doesn't get much easier

The cashier Marquasia was fantastic! She was so nice and helpful! And smiled for every customer! Make her a manager she has a great attitude!

They are very patient when I order every time. I felt a little shorted with my frosty today and the cashier was very polite and professional to meet my needs.

I like Wendy's I go get me a4 for 4 and sit in my car with my phone on MSNBC and watch TV with the sound coming through my car. It's cool and I get full and satisfied on some good food.

Good food, cheap, friendly staff... where else can you get a bacon & cheese baked potato & chili or a fantastic Taco salad from a fast food restaurant?

In my opinion they have the best drive thru burger. And a wide selection. Quality fast food.
