On July 23rd 2023, Sales Rep Tim helped my family purchase my living room sofa. My wife and I were deeply impressed by the kindness, and the care that Tim expressed while helping us determine the best set of furniture for our living room. Tim was very patient with us and take time to assist us with the credit application and the purchase. Tim made the arrangement for us to have our chairs delivered, mounted as soon as possible. Thank you Tim for helping with our purchase decision and the pleasant transaction. As we tend not to forget how people make us feel, today my family and I want to say a big "Thank You" for your great customer service/care and thank you Value City for for the Chairs. They are of high value and I would not hesitate to repurchase from you again. Thank you to all the team, and the managers I met that made the sale a memorable souvenir.

Myron was very patient and helpful when it took me hours and then days to decide on a couch. He gave me the space to look but checked in when I had questions, very knowledgeable able to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be back again for more products. Tim is the best kind of salesman! He wasn't pushy, and he checked in on me to make sure I didn't need any help. Linda at the counter was very pleasant as well! A great experience and a great value!
The sofa and loveseat are beautiful. They are very comfortable as well. Pre-approved! The manual recliner function is smooth and responsive. The cup holders in the loveseat console are wide enough to hold a large beverage. I got a whole bottle of wine in there!

I had a great customer service experience at the Greece, NY store. I had an issue with a warranty claim. I worked with Garon and Adam who made things right. I was thinking good customer service was a thing of the past. These fellas have restored my faith. I will be doing business here again.

Went to the west ridge store for a loveseat for my mom’s place and Amanda took the time to walk her through the entire inventory unit my mom found something she liked (which is a tall order considering how picky she can be). Amanda was so friendly and patient with her! Great experience!!!

Amanda is THE ONLY one to ask for when you step in to VCF in Greece! In 49 years I have never had someone go more above and beyond then her. She was amazing in helping me with my selections for my small space but unfortunately my living room chair selection didn't really match the rest of the color decor and the high top table was out of stock for 3 months. I needed everything in 2 weeks so I just placed the order with the low top table. The very next day, she texted me a photo of a new living room chair that arrived that went PERFECT and switched it out with the other chair that was cheaper. The next day, she reached out again and told me my high top table was now in stock!!! I got exactly what I wanted even after the initial order was placed. She exceeded my expectations and for that she will now get all my referrals. I pick up my furniture in 2 weeks! Thank you soooo much Amanda! I will never forget you or your kindness! Rebecca

Visited VCF today in search of a bed for my elderly Dad. Could not have had a better experience. Timothy Case assisted us and went above and beyond making sure we chose the right setup. My Dad was fully informed about his choices and what set each apart. Tim was patient, very informative and an absolute pleasure to work with. VCF has a great selection of furniture but it is the customer service and personability of Tim that makes VCF my first choice for futurepurchases. Thank You again Tim.

If you want quality service and great furniture go see Adam at the Greece,NY store! He was so fantastic and every person we dealt with from Adam to the managers, to the warehouse young man, and the delivery men couldn’t have gone smoother or better.

We have bought furniture from Value city for many years never have been disappointed yet! Staff always friendly and helpful. Today we went and got a man’s cave chair for hubby and new couch for mama! Great service as always!!!

Very happy with the furniture. Just wish the server came in a smaller size. Myron was very patient with us and not pushy. Answered all our questions and ones I didn't think to ask at the time. I would have over bought for the space and he helped to visualize were everything would be. The delivery guys were amazing and professional. Finished the job fast and even cleaned up.
