Starbucks

We didn't have food, my daughter bought me a iced matcha tea. It's an acquired taste, 😂. She got a lavender iced lattè. You know Starbucks is the best, that's why we go there, 😁 smiles! Relaxing.

Service at this Starbucks is always very good and the line is usually on the shorter side. However what prompted me to leave this review was an incredible act of kindness. I had to put my dog down and was taking her out for one last fun day beforehand and stopped to get her a pup cup. I told the barista it was her last day so could we have a bigger pup cup. They gave me a big pup cup and gifted me my coffee. I started crying at the window. Thank you so much for your act of kindness. Emmie was thrilled with her treat.

The baristas are very quick and friendly! Clean.

The only drawback is the parking lot is a little odd but that's not the store's fault. It's still very easy to navigate.

Love the feel because of the employees. Chip is amazing and I don’t know how he remembers my name. Nick was too even helping to make me a special drink. Sarah, what can I say about Sarah? An elegant and heart warming smile.

God dang this place is busy. Despise that the staff is still great the store is clean and drinks are made with the quickness. Just moved to New York and clad to pick up my been there New York cup.

Daughter ordered and paid on their app, easy for me to just pickup her iced coffee and cake pop for grandson.

Everyone is so great! When they had a fire alarm go off a while back, they were so kind. I was sent to another Starbucks, but that Starbucks didn't want to make the order. Came back here and they helped me out. Everyone was so nice.
Iced Americano is my favorite.

I came in and did not submit my order via app. Nivea heard my story and made my drink in record time. She was friendly and caring with a great smile! Thank you for making my day Nivea!

These folks are actually open and ready to make you anything at 5:15 a.m. . With a smile. Ted it's too bad for the corporate overlords but this place actually is always full of fantastic people making coffee and impossible breakfast sandwiches

My go-to Starbucks! 3 times a week! They are always prepared at 5 am and always friendly. And my coffee order is always perfect!

I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks! The latte was both delicious and hot, and the matcha frappe was fantastic. The baristas were very nice and pleasant, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. The drive-thru service was quick and friendly, and the coffee tasted absolutely great. I'll definitely be returning for more!

I work right down the street from this location and I go here 4-5 times a week. They are a busy location and they work hard, I’ve also never had a bad drink from there, there’s a few times where I was late to work because I ended up waiting for a drink for 30 minutes but that’s not their fault, they are just a busy location

Former partner of a different location. Love the crew at Center Place Starbs. My drink is always correct, the faces are friendly, and I can see they make sure everyone is greeted. 10/10. Whoever the new manager of this location is must be fantastic.

I ordered a latte from there yesterday, did the order ahead option which I am learning is great for the on the go mama !!! I ordered a toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso light on the ice. When I went in to pick it up- I noticed there was more ice than I wanted. The barista was so friendly, saw my concern and willingly made me another drink. She was helpful and the other staff were as well despite how busy they were !! Highly recommend this location on friendliness alone !! Also, their eagerness to please customers !!!

Natu, Mari, Allana, and Eliana are fantastic. Great costumer service, great personalities. My teammates from Flower City Union (profesional soccer team) and I always come to this Starbucks location because of the ecstatic costumer service.

I’ve only been to Starbucks a handful of times, and this location I’ve now visited twice; I originally drove to a different location as it was on the way back home but the lines were absolutely wild and I knew it would a solid hour wait, so I decided to drive a bit out of my way and go to this location. The line was busy as well, but there was an awesome employee taking orders outside on a device so the line went wicked fast! (I waited maybe 5 minutes). The employee at the window was friendly and fast with getting my order to me and taking my payment. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a Starbucks.

Starbucks is the coffee I run for! This particular shop is was great. They made my Espresso Frappuccino perfectly. Most of the time its made weak at other locations but not this one. My Barista definitely knew how to show off his Barista skills. The food was warm and the whole order was on point. No complaints other then the fact I live no where near this Starbucks. With that said anytime Im in the area, I will be looking for my Barista.

While the drink itself was way too sugary for my personsal taste, the staff was very kind and noticed my pronoun pins and actually treated me as the gender that I am. As a Transgender individual this really made my day. The staff were very kind and welcoming and had even fixed their mistakes when they had messed up my drink. Highly recommend going to this Starbucks, it's worth the visit.

I received excellent service. I messed up my size (I get them confused. I always believe tall is large) They immediately made me a new one and didn't recharge me...which they didn't have to do. They were all so friendly and professional.
