Jack in the Box

Very friendly fast & great food. Only drawback was, I'm guessing an employee was on break, which is fine but their break location is sitting on top of a table that customers eat their food on. I don't know about others but I'd rather eat at a table I knew someone's bottom side was not in contact with. Just my opinion. I think if I return I'll try the drive through.

In Lubbock, we do NOT have a Jack in the Box and took advantage of stopping by this location. Nothing but friendly employees that made sure we had a great experience. I recommend this location and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

The new cashier was great! He was super friendly and did very good! The food was amazing! I got the double sausage croissant sandwich with curly fries and a Dr pepper. It was about $20 for me and my husband. Excellent service! We will go here again!

Full cup of coffee . No complaints about ice. I asked for a large caramel ice coffee and they filled it up. No problem. Great people

Went through the drive thru. Both employees I had contact with were very nice, polite, and friendly. The line was moving faster than I’ve ever seen it. Food was hot and good. Great job!!

Went through the drive, this girl Katherine Pickins is doing all she can do stay positive, with no help! While making sure everyone gets their food absolutely have to hand it to her for not walking out !

Got my egg roll fix at 12:30 after close they stayed and made them for us! Hopefully they’ll be open 24 hrs soon enough but super happy the manager came out and still helped us. 5 stars

Amazing place and employees and had a big laugh after ordering 35 tacos

I love this place but I ordered halfsies fries and only got one straight fry. The audacity is hilarious.

Food is always good and service is fast.

They are always quick and polite. Have always gotten my order correct. And the food is always cooked as expected!

It's a good relaxing place, I've been there several times and my food has been cooked just at my liking 🙂👍 the staff is great.

Danny was extremely attentive and was a fantastic person to connect with. Definitely a great experience when dining here.

Sad to say the service here has gone downhill. They can't seem to get their act together. I will be going to the store in Azle from now on.
