My goto coffee place whenever I am in town. Excellent coffee drinks, I've never had a bad one yet! The employees are always friendly and courteous, and quck to make your coffee!

I've moved to San Antonio, so i don't get my OTG coffee fix as often. But I'm hoping an SA location is coming soon!
Mexican Mocha is my favorite& "go-to ".

The manager Emma is so kind, she always gives me the BEST customer service. She also makes my coffee order the BEST every single time, and goes above and beyond. The rest of the staff is also very nice and always helpful.

I WAS OVERWHELMING SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE! :) My significant other and i travel often and we collect coffee cup sleeves as a memento. Unfortunately the shop does not carry them but ALI, a sweet young woman, was wonderful enough to make me custom coffee cup sleeve. I Am Very Grateful For Her And Her Actions. There was also another sweet & thoughtful young woman who made me a surprise driink & even gave me some suggestions as to what event//parks to go to. GREAT PLACE, GREAT PRODUCTS AND GREAT EMPLOYEES! 10 outta 10 would try again.

Oh em geee visited several locations. Love the espresso. Not as good as my favorite place when I make it only, but really really good espresso to get you going! Love the lemonade. Kids love the smoothies and the energy flavored drinks. Really great drink place. Can’t complain. They did mess up my stamp card but an email with a quick remedy. Don’t answer phone. So many options to choose I wanna try them all! Next time I’m trying lemonade. So refreshing and delicious when I sip my ice cold lemonade. I hear the blended drinks or coffee comes out of a machine I wouldn’t recommend those as I got the coffee one about twice and I agree they are a little watery and melted down and not that good. Iced is the way to go.

First time trying this coffee spot and I absolutely loved my drink and experience. They were super fast and efficient and the blended Carmelo was actually really good. I also tried an iced ripper and that one was good as well! So glad more coffee options are popping up rather than having to sit in a long overpriced Starbucks line

It was our first time at On The Grind ever, and I just have to say Hailey and TJ treated us so well. I think they enjoy their jobs. The coffee is really delicious too! Seriously, because of their service I'm a forever fan!

I absolutely Love them.. Always a hit never a miss. The smoothies have been my #1s this summer, to beat the heat. To top it off the employees are super sweet, kind and on point.

THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE TO GET COFFEE! I can't wait to try all their specialty coffees. Service is fast, the employees are super friendly, and the coffee is delicious! Starbucks, who? This place also has keto options so that's a major plus! Give this place a try, you won't regret!

The young man that delivered my coffee and rang me up was amazing and polite. If all the employees were as customer oriented as him I could see this being a great place to get coffee in the future.

This coffee is much better than Starbucks and just a little cheaper. The staff is very friendly. If you see a long line, stick around, they're good at keeping it moving.

My mom brings me almost every time she goes
I mainly like the hot chocolate <3 and it tastes the same every time!
Some locations are super personal and even remember my mom, which says a lot about how much she goes

Fast friendly service, the " 6 shooter" is my go to for a pick me up. After 10th visit you get a free drink! Will add pic soon

I just had to come in here and say I come to OTG a lot(mornings for coffee and evening for a surprise Redbull)but today 4/26/22 stood out to me. I'm not sure of the young ladies name in the window, she had purple hair with a hat on and a purple shirt, and we proceeded in small talk about me heading into the evening shift at my job, we got to how my day off was yesterday, as I started to tear up I told her it was rough as my furbaby had passed away, she showed so much compassion and care for just a 3 min conversation and it ment a lot. So THANK YOU! We need more people in the world like you, you never know how you can change a person's day be just listening and showing that you care even for 3 mins. *Update.. I went back her name is Emily!! Such a sweet young women!
