Dunn Tire

The staff was professional and very knowledgeable--Most willing to help and answer all questions. My vehicle was taken in for tires, oil change and NY inspection. It was completed timely and exactly as I was told. Dunn Tire is my shop for many repairs.

Very helpful, used texting to figure out type of tire needed to replace my flat. Was in and out in a little over a half hour. Clean waiting room. Jason at the Lancaster office deserves a raise!

Very pleased with my Dunn tire experience yesterday. I called at 8.30am for an appointment and was given a 12 noon one and promptly taken care of when I arrived. Also given helpful advice from a knowledgeable, professional service representative on which tires to purchase. It was all good.

I’ve been taking my 2013 Dodge Challenger to Dunn Tire for routine maintenance for years and recently had 4 new tires put on. Always friendly and top notch service from a great and knowledgeable staff.

On a very busy day at the Dunn Tire on Walden Ave in Lancaster, I was very pleased with the professional and friendly service people. In spite of the large number of customers, including myself, my vehicle was serviced much sooner than what I expected. I shall return to them for my next maintenance appointment.

Pleased with everything from the service writer and the young man who worked on our vehicle. Timely service. I’ve gone to other competitors that the technician weren’t concerned of cleanliness.

I needed to get new tires, and went to the Dunn Tire site to look at different tires, and compare them. When I thought that I had a couple that I was very interested in, I asked for assistance via the text option. Lisa was awesome, and helped me to choose some tires that were right for what I needed. She got me an appointment later that day, and apart from the massive amounts of snow that were still left in the parking lot, the experience was fantastic. I had five guys push my car through the heavy snow to get it into the bay. I didn’t have to wait at all, because I had an appointment. I waited in the waiting room for about two hours until the service was complete. New tires are expensive, and you want to make sure that you get the right ones. I am super happy with my purchase, I have purchased from Dunn Tire before, and I will continue to be a client. The guys at this location were excellent, caring, and put me at ease. I would definitely go back, and I will, for Service.

I went to Dunn Tire in Lancaster last week because I desperately needed tires & an alignment. The employee at the counter (I believe his name was Pete?) was super helpful! He quickly found tires that fit my budget, was able to get me in right away even though I didn’t have an appointment, and I was on my way less than an hour and a half later. (Side note: they have a warranty on any tire you buy from them, which is really fantastic.) Highly recommend this place & will definitely be returning for future maintenance!!
