Update. Had to get part replaced under warranty. They looked up the receipt and took care of replacing the part for me.

The manager at this location sets a wonderful example and tone for his staff. My husband and alot of others call him by his nickname, Smiley, Ishmael is his name. I have gone in to pick up things for my husband and I don't have a CLUE what it is. If more info is necessary to determine exactly what it is, they ask politely, even explaining why they need the info. They try to help you get the best deal rather than up selling some more expensive items. I wish all parts stores were like this one, I'd give it 10 ⭐'s if I could.

The guys here really helped us out on our way home to MS. Our battery light came on and the guys here diagnosed the problem and got us the part we needed. They were able to put us in contact with a really nice guy that was willing to open his shop on a Sunday morning and take a look. He switched our alternator out and gave us some great info. Very friendly people!

I came into the store just having the worse time ever with tracking down parts for my car. And one of the managers their Hailey she was the biggest help ever got me squared away and out the door. And she was just oh so nice. One of the nicest employees of Autozone.
