Starbucks

Beautiful location and store. The store is new so employees are going above and beyond to be hospitable. For example, they always say their name to introduce themselves in the drivethru before asking how they can help you. We were also given a large cup so our dog could have water when we walked from Forest Lakes and forgot our bowl. So happy they moved in!

The baristas here are always so kind and helpful, even if I have a complicated order they get it right! Very clean store, not too busy.

Arwen is the best!! Will add more to why she’s awesome…

Today may have been the first day open. Service was polite & helpful, if a little slower.

Lots of parking!

Took forever in-person. At least 7 drive thrus went first even though I was clearly ahead of many of them. In fact two of the drive-thrus brought their orders in to sit inside. I loved this place when it opened but now that they are busier they need to figure out how to rotate the service to so one customer doesn’t watch others go before them that shouldn’t have. A 15 minute wait inside isn’t good when people driving thru are hardly waiting 5. Great and friendly staff when they aren’t busy!

everytime i order vsccf they just give me whipped cream… also had my matcha made with water instead of milk and it was the nastiest thing i’ve ever drank

Go to any of the other Starbucks on 29… this location always gets your order wrong… but the people are very friendly at least.
