David Roberts Heating & AC

I was referred to Roberts by an HVAC tech that operates in Bloomington IL. Justin and his dad David came out and provided me a quote which was substantially less than the quote I received from 2 other well known Springfield company. Justin went out of his way to go over the work that would be done and answer all of my questions. When the day came to install the furnace and AC both Justin and David were there along with a couple others of their team. They did a great job with the install and spent a good amount time going over the new system with me. I highly recommend their services if you are in the market for a new HVAC system.

Incredibly knowledgeable family!!! Everyone at my work has used Mr. Roberts service for one reason or another and he has provided outstanding work every time. He is the only person I feel I can trust to work on my boiler system. I've also recommended Roberts Heating a couple times to my family and they have came through. I know I can confidently recommend them to anyone and they will receive great work.

I have to say that they have been the most decent and the most responsive. They actualy addressed the problems and fixed them when others didn’t seem to get job done. I will continue to use them on all my properties.

I was needing a faulty part replaced that they had put on a few months ago that was under warranty and he would not return my calls. Then when I finally got a hold of him he answered and cursed at me then hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional never been treated so poorly. Poor quality parts too.
