Got a quick lunch that was fresh and made the right way. Clean place good customer service.

My daughter and I stopped by late Tuesday night (10/17/23) after a play downtown. There was only 2 people working, one was in her car. We were the only people in line. Had to wait 20 minutes for our food and wasn’t sure if our order was correct, was fine if it wasn’t . We were a big hot mess while ordering, . The poor cashier was patient, understandably just as confused but she worked it , delivered ALL our food hot and with a smile. Best Chicken chicks I’ve had in a long time. 🥰

Great Krystal. Happy ladies greeted us and took our orders.and then gave us the food that we had ordered. It was exactly how things are supposed to work. Made my day. Thank you.

Food is good as well as service. The best part is the sweet older lady name Pat that works the front register or drive through. She is super sweet and very funny. She talks to everyone like she has known them her entire life. She makes waiting for your food to come out during busy times very enjoyable. If food isn't coming out fast enough she goes to the back wanting to know where the food is and what is taking so long. If she doesn't have a customer at the register she is running around helping everyone else. Pat runs circles around all the young people she works with. I watched her today as I waited for my food and this lady is a very hard worker and it amazes me she isn't manager. I have a feeling if she was manager she wouldn't be sitting in the back never seen unless asked for by a customer. She would still be working the front taking orders and bagging them up. I can't stress enough how much this lady needs a raise and a promotion. I don't care how much she is making now it isn't enough.

We do not have them in Florida where I reside. They were a blast from he past. Burgers were hot and tasty. Pups were good to munch. They even brought my food outside to my car as I had to stay with my dog as the food was being prepared. Great service and good comfort food.

Great honest people! After enjoying a good lunch I walked out and left my purse. It was waiting behind the counter when I made it back. Very clean, good food and a wonderful staff. The best Krystal around by far!!

Pleasantly surprised. Krystal is so hit or miss but this unit seems to be well managed. Order taken promptly, delivered to my table fast and fries were hot and crispy vs the cold and soggy that happens at some Krystals. A host even asked if I were finished and she took my tray away.

Quality Food, Great Customer Service and orders are always correct.

The breakfast was purchased for a senior friend. She loves Krystal's breakfast. Friendly staff that recognized her and was glad to see her since she's not been there since the pandemic began.

Krystals were hot and fresh. Staff was very nice.

The food was hot and good but it was the lady at the window who made it even better! Very professional but friendly and made sure everything from food to condiments was right.
