Suds in Springs LAUNDROMAT

It's close.to home so I come here sometimes. It's a little cheaper than The Wash House but it's also smaller, and there's no air conditioning! Also no attendant anytime I've been there so if anything goes wrong you're on your own. Seriously Need Air Conditioning if they want ANY business in the summer!

My husband and I came in on a Sunday at 840 with their hours posted until 9. Saw no one. Doors unlocked. We needed to use the dryer for literally 10 minutes. Already started pumping change in the machine when someone comes out of the back telling us they are closed. We said it’s not 9 and hours said they were open. He claimed the open sign was off (didn’t even notice an open sign until we left). We stated the hours again said open until 9 and we would be gone by 9. He agreed to let us stay after locking us inside with no AC (easily over 100 in there) while he went out to his car and sat in the AC. We were gone by 850 after having to unlock the door to leave. Why have hours posted if you don’t honor them? Why no AC? It’s summer! What was the need of locking us in? Won’t be back. Ps hate having to use an app to put money on a washer or dryer.

No ac very hot. Over priced and if you use the app it will hold $1.50 of your money. What a rip off

Washers had a mildew smell. Dirty inside.
