Traveling across the US. Alternator went out. Thank you! Having the right part we needed and lent us the tools got us back on the road.

All my car's warning lights activated while two hours from home on a Saturday afternoon. The employees were super helpful and were able to get me back on the road with some confidence that I could do it safely. I appreciated the diagnostic testing they did and the kindness they showed us.

We were in town for a disc golf tournament and one of my brake calipers seized up on a Saturday. One of the guys working behind the counter (Giovanni) not only found the parts we needed along free use of their tools, but also helped us with all the work! He was literally a life saver!

Can't say enough about this group of employees!!!! They went over and beyond to help get us back running (and return the kids toy) when our motorhome needed repairs while traveling across the country. Thank you!!!

I was getting ready to head out of town for a family trip and a few days before leaving my car died. I know nothing about vehicles and was freaking out. Someone told me to go by O'Reilly and they can test battery and alternator. I did that and found out my battery was bad. I was able to buy a battery and the guy even put it while I waited. I was able to make my trip on time and can breathe easier because this guy took care of me and very very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back here for any thing else I might need!!! Great staff!!

Tanner was so incredibly helpful when I lost my fuel cap. He tried to figure out what could work and came out and showed me what we could makeshift to stop the outpour of the diesel.

He even helped me clean up the spill around the tank which would have been hazardous otherwise.

Whoever the owner is of this place you have such great staff! Thank you thank you thank you! 💗

The staff at O’Rely in Emporia saved our Christmas! Coming from Canada, headed to Texas for Christmas. Our van broke down outside Emporia today, 10 hrs from our destination on Christmas Eve. The staff were beyond helpful, found the part I needed and even hooked me up with a mechanic to do the work. It was unbelievable. Thank you!

Place is WAY WAY better than autozone stays open til their hours say and don’t close 10 min before autozone would definitely recommend going here 5 stars all day don’t go to autozone ever

They offer quality parts for vehicles at reasonable prices. If they don't have it, they can get it quickly as in the next day most of the time. They are friendly and professional and offer a price match guarantee.
