My Android phone kept giving me a broken charging cord message whenever i charged it. I went in to buy a new charger cord. The ladies both looked at it and, after careful examination, discovered debris in the charging port. They both spent time using several different tools and brushes, cleaning and re-examining it until it was clean. After several tests, it was charging properly. Thank you Michelle and other lady whose name I don't remember. You could've just sold me a charger and called it good, but you paid great attention to my real problem. Thank you very much!!

The staff is always very welcoming and there service is top notch. They do everything they can to make sure your needs are met and they are very knowledgeable about what they do.

It says it's open till 6 pm and it's 4:30 and closed! Would Be nice if they had the courtesy to change it in the Google business, would help people save a trip and gas and Time.

The hours on the website and on the store window said open until 6pm on Saturday. We went in to open a new line at 4pm on Saturday 3/2/2024 and the store was closed. We went to Mason City and they were open and more than happy to help us with our new line. I messaged the Facebook page for the forest city store asking why the store was closed and I received an automated message and still haven't received a personal message from them explaining why the store was closed and it is 3/4/24.

Walked up to store door about 550 pm. Never seen lights go out so fast and rudly chased away because a base ball game was more important than a customer. ( this was not done by the owners but by a rude employee)
