Ordered the green papaya salad, absolutely fabulous. Very tasty egg rolls, with a unique flavor profile and filled with glass noodles. Also ordered the Chinese pork belly with white rice. Can’t say enough good things. In the grocery store all the produce was very fresh and comparable if not cheaper than any grocery store in town. Not to mention the variety of unique and worldly products you can fry and expand your palette. 10/10 will be back. The only negative is that it does not have seating for a large group but you can order take out and create a lovely picnic. I also picked up a beautiful outdoor mat/rug for only $20. Support local. Support POC. Great family running this place.

Fantastic food! Authentic and bold flavors that bring back lots of fond memories for people who grew up in Southeast Asia. Definitely a hidden gem and I highly recommend!

Anyone who gives this place less than 5 stars is a hater. They are so awesome and sweet! The food is super authentic tasting. They even make African food. They have a bunch of goodies that are hard to find. They are a little pricey, but definitely worth it because again its hard to find these types of foods at this quality anywhere near Waterloo. Check them out!

I love ❤ the food at New Garden restaurant. The owner goes out of his way to help you have the food experience you want. The spring rolls we had were so yummy and they made a coconut noodle soup was awesome. The hot tea was so good I drank it on a hot day and sweat anyway. I will definitely be back.

Best service a customer could ask for!!! Running late and was going to grab the fried rice box, but the owner offer to cook me a fresh meal instead. Portion is good and price is reasonable.

Amazing Tom Yum and Goat Meat Pepper soup. We were both so happy with our choices. Definitely became 1 of our top 5 eateries!

Went to buy are daughter some spicy noodles and found the had much more then just food. There prices are outstanding. Every reasonable.

The new restaurant here is incredible. I love everything I've ordered. The green papaya salad extra spicy is simply the best, but you better like spicy!

This place is 100% Amazing. The food is very good and I am working on trying the whole menu. Love the fact I can eat and then shop in one store!
