Amazing service! Super responsive and helpful. Called about a motorcycle battery, they pulled it off the floor and put it on charge till i came in to pick it up. In and out with no issues. They get my vote!

I have used batteries + bulbs for many years to buy batteries for my vehicles. There was a time I had 2 jeeps and a diesel truck, for a total of 4 batteries. I am down to 1 jeep and the truck, battery count to 3 now. I have never needed the warranty program until recently. Thankful the warranty from B+B is what it is and offers such a long period.
This review is primarily for this particular store. I did not have a good experience with the personnel at the Austell store (I did post a review of that location). The staff here on Campbellton Rd were such a pleasure to deal with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to assist me getting new batteries as quickly as possible. Needing 2 batteries meant that I was looking at inventory transfers between B+B locations. I only waited 1 day for the transfer and was on the road with new batteries relatively quickly.
The owner of this store has some good people operating it for him. May they continue to keep those of us who rely on B+B stocked with what we need and the service we rely on.

I lost my key fob to my vehicle. They didn't have the exact key fob for my car, but found out how to program a different one instead. The key fob was one much cheaper than the dealership even before applying with the coupon. The woman and her daughter that helped me gave excellent customer service and really tried every option to make sure I could get my issue resolved that day. I loved the persistence and problem solving.

Victor and Alfred offered the most outstanding service all round. Professional with great attitude and product experience. Was truly happy I decided to patronize this Business. Batteries Plus on Campbelton rd just won me over. Great job!

Came to the store because neither of my key fobs were not working after I tried to change the batteries myself. I was so worried I would have to spend hundreds of dollars on new fobs but thanks to Peyton I am back in business! She figured out the issue and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service and I will certainly be back. Thank you for being a quality business in my community!!!

The customer service at this location is spectacular! I’ve been to several Batteries Plus stores in multiple locations and have never received such great service. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I was most impressed by an overheard conversation between a staff member and another customer. The staff member, in recognizing the customer was in a hurry, suggested they book an appointment online and told the customer they’d save money in doing so. This was a very positive experience and I’ll be back!

One of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had in Atlanta. I highly recommend them. They can help you with all of your battery needs. I came to get a new battery for my fob and to get a duplicate fob. If you have any problems with your fob go here. They also sell car batteries, jumper cables, help with cell phones, etc. Pretty much anything that has batteries installed. Great and professional team at this location.

It was a pleasure having my new battery installed by Mr. Alfred. He cleaned the area where the old battery was and educated me on all the proper knowledge of car batteries. The store was very nice and clean and customers were in and out. Love to see the store fully stocked as well.

I met the owner a few weeks ago when I came into his store and he helped me out with my battery. He was so nice, pleasant, knowledgeable and most importantly for was his patience, you don’t see too many of that these days.

I called batteries plus on Campbellton rd. I called they seemed helpful, but I didn't think they could help. I couldn't even find where the battery was located on my electric jack. To make a long story short I had given up, but they didn't. The whole staff was outstanding and gave great service. If I could I would give them 10 🌟. They went above and beyond to take care of my situation. I thank them they were awesome.❤❤❤❤❤. I will recommend them to everyone!!!!

Purchased a new battery for my BMW. Staff and owner was very helpful. Nice to have this friendly location in South Fulton. Check them out for all your battery needs - both home and automotive. And they also service smart phones and tablets.

Mr Alfred was very helpful Both over the phone and in person, made sure they were capable of replacing my battery, told me everything he was doing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming if I lived in the Atlanta Ga area I would come here for all my battery needs

Excellent Service! Mr. Alfred and his wife had me in and out with a newly installed car battery! Mr. Alfred tested my cars diagnostic system and existing battery, and thoroughly explained everything about my old battery and the new one that I was purchasing! Awesome Service and Thank you!

Excellent service! Lisa handled my old key fob with such care and throughly explained the process of dissembling my battery replacement so well. I will be returning and referring my family, friends and coworkers to their establishment. My new key fob works like new! Thank you guys so much!

I purchased my Prius battery from them 30 mins before closing and they didnt miss a beat!

After being disappointed from one auto parts store to the next, I googled Batteries plus and found that there was one nearby. I walked into a pleasant environment with instant service without excuses. Companies these days don’t realize the importance of customer service but today I found one that still does and appreciative is an understatement.

Wonderful customer service by the entire staff to every customer while I was there both times. Mr. Alfred was very knowledgeable and helpful. Store was clean and organized.

Excellent customer service. Went in thinking iPhone needed a new battery. However, they were able to confirm the problem was actually the cable for the charger! Appreciate the honesty! Great service!
