It’s bad enough you guys charge for shipping where your competitors don’t like Nike Footlocker Finishline to name a few but you promote a release day shoe but don’t have it on hand to ship absolutely ridiculous this will be the last time I will purchase from this bootleg company it’s no wonder you have a 2 star rating

Their customer service phone number goes straight to voicemail. I ordered an item on 1/27/23 coming from ontario to Los Angeles is only 40 miles. Whats the hold up? The tracking number i was given IS NOT FOR UPS OR THE POSTAL SERVICE. AND NO ONE TO AMSWER THE PHONE FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. PATHETIC COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MONEY WITH THESE IDIOTS.

Don’t trust this company!!! Save your money! Their customer service is not great at all. I ordered old skool platform vans in a women’s 6.5, the invoice and order aligned with what I wanted. Then I see the box and it’s labeled old skool platform vans for MEN’S 6.5. It gets worse. I open the box, and it’s CLASSIC SLIP ON VANS IN A MENS 10.5, what the f?!!!!! I call customer service and the lady agreed they messed up but said I won’t get a refund until I ship the shoes. Excuse me?! How am I going to trust you after you betrayed my trust by completely messing up my order?! Now I have to go in store to exchange and get the shoes I ORIGINALLY PAID FOR. What a complete waste of time and money. So pathetic, please get it together. Never recommending this store or shopping here EVER again.

I've had the worst experience with this company, I went about a month ago to San Diego Shiekh store in El Cajon in the mall and they gave me 2 different sizes on the Air Jordan. I called and explained and all they said is (they apologized) if I can go back and they'd exchange them for me, (I live 4hrs away) I am not going back. Like the manager himself needs better customer experience than just apologizing. I got these shoes for my nephew as a reward for him having good grades, yet he doesnt get to wear them because of a mistake they made and I get it we all make mistakes but when your at work please pay attention to your customers instead of looking at other woman. 🤦‍♀

HORRIBLE! Signed up for the subscription box in october! received emails saying my box was on its way! they took my money from my card! but i never received my package! now instead of trying to send my package to me they are sending it back to the store!! and telling me have to wait an additional 2 weeks before i can go pick it up!!! i will never order from this store again!!!
