The UPS Store

Went in today cause I had some light packages to mail out for someone. One of the boxes I was mailing out happened to be rather large so I had to carry it by itself before I was able to carry the other boxes in to the store. Well as I was walking into the store one of the employees saw me, a young lady, and I believe she saw me from behind the counter and immediately made a mad dash to the front of the store to open the entrance door for me, noticing that I had my hands full with this one box. The box was light and I could have opened the door myself but I thought it was such a kind gesture for this ups employee to go out of her way like that. For that this store gets 5 stars.

Great staff! Although they were closing they took and scanned my return package. Thank you for going above and beyond when you could've turned me away. I really appreciate your kindness tonight.

I’m here a few days a week. The staff is super friendly and they are efficient.

Despite being advertised online and having it listed in store as a service offered this location doesn't do passport photos. Staff was friendly though.

So rude today! I went to drop off an Amazon return. They tried to sell me a $17 box to return a $20 item. It was packaged for shipment but Aubree (spelling?) said they wouldn’t take it wrapped in plastic. Hello!!! It came to be in my plastic wrap.

It would have been better to be helpful. When I said the return was only worth $20, clearly you should understand I’m buying an overpriced box.

I am never shipping at this store again, Tyler handled my package very poorly and was rude.

Went to get something notarized. No Notary on premises....
