Family Dollar prices can't be beat! the cashier (Heidi) was so nice and courteous.

Good customer service. Much more affordable than the other places nearby.

Well stocked. Good clothes deals, good snack selections, everything you need for s'mores. A little slow at the check out but forgivable.

It's always great to go in there you can find Little Treasures and the staff is so funny and always smiling

Great variety store for our small community, fantastic employees.

I called Family Dollar in Pollock Pines California on May 6, 2020 in tears with the intentions of purchasing a pair of tennis shoes to put on my moms feet and a bra. After re-connecting with my mom first the first time in several months, we spoke on the phone. I was determined to help her after finding out that these past months she has been homeless. During these trying times with CoVid-19 she has struggled to receive help, Those that have known her for years have shut her out from the hysteria of social distancing... Long heartwrencihing story made short, i valled Family Dollar and spoke with Pam. A woman whom ive never met, and she must have heard the pain in my voice. As i pleaded with her to make a purchase over phone. She denied me in efforts to protect my information. Without even skipping a beat, this woman said "I will not take your information over the phone, But send her in and I would be happy to buy them for your mother"

This is proof GOD is at work even 400 miles away. He put that woman on the other end of the phone that day, and my mom isnt barefoot. God bless you Pam

Staff is always friendly. Always enjoy coming in.

I love shopping there however the employee Kim was sitting down while watching her phone watching what it seemed to be soap opera instead of helping ring people up.

This is my favorite place to find a bargain! They carry their own brands that are similar to name brands at a lot lower price. Love it!
