Best location to purchase auto parts. The personnel will go above and above to assist you and discover what you need. They are amiable and knowledgeable. While O'Riley's will use whatever means at their disposal to eject you from their establishment.

Jermery helped so much and i had major issues with a stuck fuel filter cap and Jermey stayed and helped me until we got it off and a new one on installed. I was really worked up about the issues and the leak from the bad cap. I'm 8 plus hours from home out in this area working almost not sure what i would have done if it was not for Jermey. Overall, my experience at this location was a 5 out of 5. Thank you so very much for all the help Jermey.

One of the very important things to have in an area is having a very knowledgeable and helpful staff at a Napa Auto Parts Store.
All the staff at Napa Auto in Pollock Pines have been great, Sandy just went out of
her way to help me with my Auto Parts for my only vehicle. She is great and her helping is is so greatly appreciated.

The staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable when I called, taking their time to physically verify what I needed was in stock. When I got to the store, I wss greeted warmly and the lady who helped me had already communicated with the gentleman I had spoken with on the phone-knowing exactly which battery I had called about. There was no attempted upsale or condescending tones (which only a few auto parts stores do but still), and while I was there I also witnessed another customer being assisted extraordinarily cheerful and with knowledge of what was needed. My favorite Napa I've been to!

Workers were nice but seemed occupied with other things not work related.. When I finally found what I was looking for and made it to the counter, they were very nice about confirming the product I chose was the same as what was on a receipt from a different retailer. Overall experience was good and I would go back if in the area.

I absolutely love the people at this auto parts store! Always kind and considerate and always seem to have whatever I have needed. Knowledgeable people with kind, understanding souls. Grade A service. And prices that will keep your wallet happy and full.

Darlene was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation and need (daughter stranded on side of road with her two kids and two dogs). All she needed was a spark plug, but I had no idea what kind, compatibility, or gap required. Darlene quickly found in stock what we needed, at a very minimal cost, and my family was back on the road in half an hour. Thank you Darlene!

I walk into Riebes needing a part and the crew jumped right to it. Knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me advice on how to install it correctly! Great place to go for all your auto parts needs. Oriellys was a joke! Glad riebes hires great people! Only store i will go to for my parts. A+

My wife was driving up to sly park lake in my car last weekend as it began to smoke and the coolant light was flashing. She called me frantic and I told her to go to Napa which was right around the corner. She said the employees greeted her right away and one very helpfull employee by the name of Steve went and looked at the car with her. A loose clamp on the upper radiator hose, He explained to my wife the clamp was factory, had lost tension and she just needed a new one with coolant. It had backed off and was spraying coolant everywhere causing the smoke. He helped her replace the clamp and top off the reservoir! Thank you Napa and thank you Steve for your amazing customer service!

The crew at the store went above and beyond to find a battery for my generator. They Searched the internet and made calls to Battery Outlets. They came up with something that worked for me.

Best place to go for car parts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you and find what you need. Where as O'Riley's will do what ever they can to get you out of their store.

My truck broke down in the parking lot and they had all the tools and parts I needed, they're a real life saver. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy!

If they don't have what you need which is rare they will have it usually by the next day ,of Course Darlene is awesome!
