Shoe Sensation

Very pleasant and nice clean store. I was greeted at the door by an employee who took the time to show me where the shoes that I was looking for was. After picking out a few pairs and trying them on, he came to check on me to see if I was doing all right. I will definitely go back to look at other shoes, I was looking for work shoes and indeed found a pair that feels really nice on my feet.

I have been meaning to stop into this shop for awhile now and I'm glad I finally did! The ladies working were very sweet and accommodating despite my shopping with a 4 and 6 year old. My daughter found multiple pairs she loved and finally found one in the clearance section in her size. So, lack of sizes in-store would be my only complaint. Bogo deals seem great as well! Will definitely be back.

I found shoes I liked but needed a half size bigger. The employee placed the order on Saturday afternoon (July 1) and they came today (July 6). That was really fast with the weekend and holiday!

Second review of shoe sensation. After returning to the Shoe Sensation store a friendly, happy employee helped me find snow boots to purchase. I explained that I wanted waterproof boots that would be great for walking in the snow. I didn't want shoes that looked good from the door to the car and to impress others while they wreck my arches and give me back pain. Also no suede shoes that always stain and get thrown away. She brought me these to try on and here they are

I've had previous negative experience at this location but the expert, attentive, and friendly staff on this visit turned my opinion completely around.

Went there looking for a pair of shoes for work. The sales associate put me on to a brand of shoes I'd never gotten before, the brand is called Merrell, so far they are comfortable and tough. Also found great deals on footwear for my daughter.

Just wanted to follow up with Chet's opinion in our store...
1. We do not follow people around, we have a lot going on in our store and a lot of different shoes to pick from so we make sure that everyone is finding things okay. It's nothing personal, we're just doing our job.
2. We check EVERY box. Sometimes we find one shoe that is a size 8, and then one 9. Or maybe even two left shoes. We check boxes to ensure the customer gets exactly what they wanted with no complications.
