Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Top notch customer service. The manager personally delivered an order that didn't get to the person I bought it for, even though it was more than likely an Instacart issue. He called me several times to make sure he knew the details, and to come up with a solution.

I Have Always Loved Hy-Vee. I would rather ship packages there. They are Always Fast and Friendly.

The employees here are very friendly & helpful. They make you feel like they're happy your there and feel welcomed.

The Hy-Vee Pharmacy is where I go and they always do a great job. I just got my flu and shingles vaccinations. Didn't have to wait very long.

Havent really shopped there. Used money order service , but cruised storeand was impressed enough to sign up for pick up / deliv. im 78 handicapped

This is a very nice grocery store. I like their produce. When I am in town for work, I always get my fruit, protein bars, and protein shakes here. I like getting Starbucks here. The store is clean, and the staff are nice.

However, I am a little curious about the mark-up on these apple slices. :P Supply chain issues?

What's not to love it is a grocery store. Get in and get out. Most registers are self checkouts, but I don't mind. I can ring myself out pretty quick.

I have never left a review for this establishment due to never having a good experience here. Not saying I've had bad experiences. Tonight was different. Kirsten is a very pleasant young lady. She was very personable and seemed happy to be there. I told her that she made my visit pleasurable. And she did. She needs to be recognized for her great customer service skills.

I love Hy-Vee! The employees are always kind and helpful, the fuel rewards program is amazing, and the bakery, floral department, and groceries in general are the best around!

Help me with everything and was fast and to the point. Very helpful. Very respectful. Great setup.

Employees are nice. There’s a Starbucks!! Would highly recommend the dining area because of the large selection. Flowers are always fresh and gift shop has many options.

I shop Hy-Vee routinely. As I was a professional meat cutter earlier in my life I feel qualified to sit in judgment of meat counters in grocery stores. Please do yourself a favor and shop Hy-Vee’s Barry Rd store in KCMO.
