David J at this location was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't had customer service like this in years, and that goes along way. I will definitely do all my business at this location as long as David J still works there.

I am so delighted with how easy it was to purchase a brand new phone. Holly is the best Verizon employee I have ever dealt with. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome location and staff! I am so impressed with the service from Thomas. No one was able to help me with my iPhone 7+ screen brightness problem except Thomas. It only took Thomas 10min to fix my problem. I really appreciate all his help. I have been to this location many times and Thomas was the one helping me. He is always courteous and patient! I highly recommend this location and Thomas.

Ash was so fantastic helping me set up a new phone! She made sure I got all the best deals and explained everything so well! She was patient, helpful and made the often difficult task of getting a new phone so easy!

Visited my neighborhood Verizon store to make some adjustments to my plan. While there I did consider trading in my iPhone 12. Grace was very thorough in explaining the somewhat complicated requirements and after much consideration I decided not to upgrade. He careful explanations helped with my decision. She also did a great job helping me adjust my plan. Good job Grace!

I recommend seeing Ash for anything at Verizon! She greeted me with an apology for only a 10 minute wait which was absolutely no big deal. She was extremely professional but provided a sense of comfort to where I felt okay asking all of my silly questions. You can tell she knows her stuff. If anyone in the store had a question, they’d ask Ash. Best customer service I have EVER had. Seriously. Would break my phone every week to hang out with Ash!

I just left the Verizon store off of 204th and Blue Sage where Grace Shea assisted me with two phone upgrades for my sons. She was super knowledgeable and got both phones transferred in under an hour. Outstanding work and she assisted with cases and screen protectors without a lot of sales pressure. I really appreciated the experience and will seek her out when the rest of our phones were do for an upgrade. Thanks again!

TJ White was wonderful to work with he handled all my business needs for cellular use It was definitely going to be a difficult process and he nailed it. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for business needs. Also Ash and Grace were extremely helpful and patient while he was working on my stuff as far as handling other customers as they came in. Over all 100 percent great staff.

Just had the best experience at the Verizon store in elkhorn. Ash went above and beyond her normal duties to help out with a phone situation. She is the best associate that I’ve ever worked with. She has an amazing personality and way of helping her customers. She’s very positive in every aspect. If I was in charge , a definite raise would be in her near future.
