I go out of my way avoiding the Estero UPS Store for the customer service at this location. Every single one of your employees are precious angels who deserve raises. So helpful, so accommodating. Makes every annoying return and pick up a BREEZE. 10/10

Friendly, helpful and efficient employees. When I was there one day, and I’ve been there at least 8 -10 times, a customer came in and was verbally harassing two of the staff by saying something culturally offensive. He was mad because they were unable to legally do what he wanted. I intervened as it was totally inappropriate, as he left. Those two employees handled the situation with class and professionalism.

Extremely friendly and patient staff. For the life of me I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped me because it was so unique - it started with an E. But I had about 15 items to return and she helped me navigate the process. Was beyond patient as I had a uniquely complex situation. Have visited multiple times and each time she is so pleasant and has a warm smile. 10/10. Would recommend if you want a good customer service experience

I had an expensive and bulky item. The price of the cardboard box was kind of ridiculous, but the assistance and service made it was worth it. If a business is going to charge that much for cardboard, it had better solve a need, and the kind people at this facility accomplished that. That's about as good an experience shipping as you are going to get.

The owners of this UPS store are friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. I’ve been going to this UPS store for a few years now and keep going back because of the owners and great service they provide. I have shipped many packages with them but I mainly use them for Amazon returns. The gentleman now recognizes my car and will come out to meet me and help with my packages. This is a level of service that is unheard of, especially nowadays!! I can recommend this particular UPS store without any hesitation!! If you have any shipping, mailing, shredding, copying, notary, computer, basically almost any office need [see the UPS store’s commercials and advertisements], do not hesitate to go to this UPS store!!

The people at this UPS store are professional, helpful, thoughtful, kind, and friendly. I've visited here three times in the past three weeks, first to ship packages, and then two times with shredding. Now that he knows my car, the gentleman comes out to help me! I would highly recommend this place of business!

The owners/employees of this store are the most professional, helpful, respectful and kind you will find anywhere. I have used them in the last month for shredding, shipping, notarial services and they've done everything perfectly. It's like having your own little office space.

I absolutely, LOVE going to this UPS! Edgly and her husband Henry are the kindest people I've ever met. They always have smiles on their faces and take such pride in servicing their customers. I wish I had more packages to bring to them. It's always a wonderful experience! I will never go to another UPS store ever again. This is my "go-to" place now!

This is a great store. The team that runs it are excellent, so welcoming and accommodating. I know I'm paying money but it dosent feel like it. My scanner breaks no problemo, just got the ups store.

I have used this store multiple with great service! I’m not sure why previous customer stated difficulty with amazon return. I have done this twice and when following Amazon’s instructions it was accepted immediately and I actually had my credit by end of that same day!

I’m always greeted with a smile and they are very kind/efficient. Top notch service!

I would recommend this UPS store with out reservation. They went far above my expectations to assist me in mailing a package. My printer was btoken and they had to devise a work around to print the label for my package. They did so in a professional and friendly manner. Great UPS store!

They are always super friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that works there. He always tries to open the door for you ,or even come get larger boxes to help you carry them inside. Highly recommend them.

Love the place love the people. They were able to take my heavy box even though some other store of absolute buffoons said it was too heavy.

The store is super clean and the two workers were very nice. They printed 600+ pages for me in under an hour. They even separated the documents for me!
