A Day at the Beach

Nice store for souvenir shopping before you get on the plane.

Great place to pick up some gifts and small items. Thanks to Charlene, one hard worker and great employee.

Walked in the store before my flight at 6:30 am on 9/19/22. The lady never looked up to greet me. I guess the church sermon she was listening to on her phone was way more important than providing any customer service. My first time in Ft Myers the next I come through I will not be stopping in this store.

After buying two bags of chips and one water, I was charged $11.25 two days later after getting home from my trip from Florida. A transaction changed up from $11.25 to $25, I cannot get in touch with these people there is no phone number so next time somebody goes to that store along to post their phone number on the website so I can complain

Purchased $35 worth of merchandise and the clerk handed me the items after I paid. I asked for a bag and she tells me they have limited bags to put it in my carryon. I didn’t have a carryon and said I needed a bag. Again she says she has limited bags in a huff puts my stuff in a bag and proceeds to throw the bag across the counter at me. What an a-hike! Poor customer service!!!!
