My grandma and I visited the store today and the sales associate, Aubry, was absolutely wonderful! She helped us get exactly what we needed, she even reminded me to get some bleach before I checked out! Aubry was fantastic and definitely helped make our grand daughter & grandma day great!

Very pleased with my experience here! I must take my rambunctious toddler ever where I go, so I had no hands to shop, I told the employee what I was wanting to do with my hair and what I already had at home, she shopped for me exactly of what I needed and explained other deal options to me as well, so I got the best fit for me! Visited this location today in-store did a return/exchange. First off I'd like to say I've done pick up orders a few times at this location.And staff was always friendly and checked me out in a timely manner.

Today in store shopping was a first at this location. And I'm glade I had things to return(I didn't need the products). Victoria was beyond helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about hair coloring.

I explained to her the color I wanted to achieve and which products I had at home(delevloper,toner, shampoo, conditioner etc.) And she explained in detail things I didn't even know. With my current bleached hair, what volume and brand developer she recommended I should use along with timing of allow my color to change seeing my hair is short.

How to apply the bleach(I still have dark cored hair in the back). And she recommended new items/brands to help maintain my hair while it is colored.

I've never felt more confident. I was kinda winging it when I bleached my hair the first time amd learned a few do's and don't along the way. But this 2nd time around I feel very confident with bleaching and adding toner to get the color I'd like. Thank you Victoria.

Also learned that in-store prices are cheaper then online so if you and they have it in stock just go instore each item is about .20 cent-$1.99 cheaper in store.

Wonderful experience at this location today. Gina was so nice and knowledgeable about the products. Not too pushy. Perfect customer service. Definitely my new favorite location.

The lady who helped me was very helpful and nice. I got a great deal on my Tea Tree lavender and mint shampoo and conditioner.

The woman at the register was so friendly and informative. She helped me find what I was looking for and made sure I had what I needed to use the color I chose!

This is a great store for all your hair needs and some cosmetic items. Staff members are very knowledgeable of products you may have questions about. Staff members are very professional and helpful

Friendly helpful staff that was well knowledgeable of their great variety of products! They were also very patient with me as I was using online coupons.
