Ultimate Vapor

I went to Ultimate Vapor in Park Hills about a week ago and Tiffany made the experience a good one. I was indecisive on what brand and flavor I wanted. She did an excellent job at helping me find the right vape and giving me recommendations for next time. I’d like to point out that she has a very good energy to her, I was in a bad mood when I got to the vape store and I left smiling like a kid who just got a new bike. She deserves a raise and or promotion, because not only does she do her job right, but she has amazing customer service skills.
We need more Tiffany’s

Kandice was the worker that helped me. She was super sweet and very informative on what I was buying for, as well as other things I was interested in. Very patient, also. I have to say she's one of the best employees I've met. And they always have good service and customer support.

A girl named Kandis helped me today while I was in there buying pods. (Really pretty girl with green and black hair). She was SO SWEET. I always get good service (especially at this location) but Kandis seriously was above and beyond that. She even offered to fill my pod up for me if I had juice on me! I’ve been going to ultimate vapor for years now and she’s the best one I’ve met so far. ❤

Tiffany is an AMAZING worker at the park hills location!! She knows my order and what my interests are before I even there! She’s the absolute best!!

Just left the store in park hills couldn't be happier with this visit Harrison was was very helpful and informative and helped us discover the new style of disposable, my buddy got one and I will be back for one myself

As soon as I came into the store today I was met with the question “going in or getting off?”, I realize the man behind the counter, Harrison, was referring my Burger King uniform, I chuckled, and told him I had just got off work. He follows as standard, checking my ID and asking what I came in for. I tell him I’m looking for a cartridge battery and he enthusiastically started telling me about their fine selection, even helping find the one that would be best for me. He was very personable and brought a wonderful energy to the place. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Just way overpriced! Folks very nice. After looking into pricing around town, I fund their vaping store prices to be reasonable. Kyle the manager is a great guy to work with as well as all employees. Help you find whats right for you until your satisfied!

Been shopping the Park Hills Ultimate Vapor location for the past couple of years and have dealt with a few different sales people, one of the sales clerks in particular really made shopping a pleasant experience and came across as they really enjoyed what they were doing and were very knowledgeable and helpful in my purchases at this location. At one point not too long ago, I visited a few times and she was no longer there, I just assumed that she had moved on, but after visiting the location on 4/30/22 I was pleasantly surprised to see that she was back with the same outgoing, upbeat personality and asked her her name so I could find a way of letting other readers know that its a good place to shop, her name was Cat and I commended her on a great job. Hopefully you will have the same experience I did!

Harrison at the Park Hills location is absolutely amazing. Always friendly, super helpful, and always makes it a great experience! Always brightens my day when he is there when I stop in.

i always have a great experience going into ultimate vapor in park hills. Tiffany is a great sales associate & always has a cheerful attitude when i come in. She always keeps me up to date with the deals they have & helps me find what i want with no problems. Highly recommend visiting this store when your in the neighborhood!
