Absolutely love this store! Came in for a friends dads birthday to grab some last minute balloons. The store, a lovely couple, suggested adding a balloon with a picture on it. They were able to do it within 5 minutes and helped us pick out complimentary colors to really bring it all together. They even wrapped our balloons up and helped them into our car. They were so funny, kind and personable will definitely be back for any future party needs!

This place is amazing! They had so many cute choices for a gender reveal party that I’m throwing and the employees there were so helpful! Not only were the employees helpful they were SO extremely kind as well!! I will 10/10 be back to get items that I need in the future. I’ve never been to a store where the employees were that kind and helpful, it truly was a great experience! I highly recommend over a chain like party city, this place was wonderful 🥹 I ended up finding exactly what I needed and buying more than I did 🤣

I didn't even know this place was there but I'm glad I stopped in. Everyone there was kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. They had a very nice & reasonably priced selection of Halloween costumes & decor. Best part is that they have all kinds of decorations for any occasion . I'll definitely be going back for all my party and decoration needs. Just had to grab the turkey for Thanksgiving ❤

I ordered a balloon piece for a baby shower and it was perfection. Not only was the piece beautiful, it was reasonably priced and delivered. There would have been no way I could have done it myself or transported it. The store was wonderful to work with every step of the way. Thank you!!

What a cool store! Family owned and has been there for years. It’s a shame that Spirit took up a temporary residence - this place has so much more heart than big box stores. The customer service was amazing and so hands on.

10 outta 10 definitely Recommend! You will find all Your party needs! And the people who own and work there are very kind, professional, and friendly. The work is speedy and fast! I ordered a special custom ballon piece the day before the actual party and not only was it ready and looked amazing but help coordinate the whole party together, as well as being a Hair at the party itself. I actually was asked about the custom balloon at least seven times and thank goodness I got a card from the front because it came in handy when someone asked where I had it made! Will be stopping by for all my party and event needs

Better than Party City I tell you that!! I have used Party Planet a few times and they never disappoint. Great customer service, they are always very helpful. The store is always nice and clean, they help you load up the car if you buy the balloons. Very nice people.

What a great place to shop!! Great staff!! They have extended hours during Fall/Halloween and have all your party needs including custom balloons!!!! Definitely go check them out!!

I was in the store on December 20, 2023. I was looking for a rather unique item and the employee was so nice even checking the computer and going out of his way to help. He showed me other options when we came up without the item I needed. You just don’t see that anymore with so many rude people working in customer service and retail. What a little gem of a “ mom and pop” party store too. Please give the gentlemen a shout out. I will visit your store again BECAUSE of the exemplary customer service of the wonderful gentleman. This place is perfect!! It’s very accessible and has GREAT inventory. The owners were also present and assisted me with my purchase! They were very pleasant and accommodating. This is also a locally owned business, not a corporation. This will definitely be my go to for anything party related!!! Check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

I stopped by to get last-minute balloons for my granddaughter’s birthday, and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, informative, and the kindness that was showed to me. The balloons were perfect and my granddaughter absolutely loved them! A week later, and the balloons are still holding up great. This will definitely be my place to get all my balloons and party supplies!! I’m not very techy so I apologize that I cannot attach a picture.

I ordered large number balloons for a birthday party. The staff was super friendly. She helped me pick colors according to the party theme. I was very surprised at the number of color options to choose from. Easy pick up and very reasonably priced.

As we were finishing up our search for Halloween Party accessories , we stopped into this cozy but well stocked store! We were happily greeted at the front entrance and the gentlemen ( owner?) was more than happy to help us find exactly what we had been looking for! After great advice and conversation , we left feeling like friends and not just customers!

Don’t know what costume idea your kid wants or need advice when you can’t find that one item you’re looking for? They know how to help. I was looking for some quick decorations for my anniversary, and this place was super cute!! Prices were in line with most party stores, but it had all the things I needed and good quality items. Staff were super helpful and pleasant. I would definitely come back again if I’m in the area 🦇🎃👻

I stopped in to get all the supplies for a last minute birthday and retirement party. They saved me! The young lady walked me to each section making recommendations and ensuring I did not forget anything! Small details like making sure I had the right length for my balloons (I didn’t even know there were variation 🤷‍♀) I will make this store my FIRST stop for all future needs! Thank you!
