Courteous and quick cashiers customer service is always top notch. For as busy as the store is the bathrooms are always clean and so was the store. Excellent coffee this one’s a daily stop for me and mobile synergy gas can’t beat that.

This is a wonderful 7-Eleven. Mobile Gas Station, Car Wash, Air And Vacuum. Coffee is always fresh and owners are very nice people. I can't believe the reviews some people leave.

Yep it's true. My name is Keishia. The store assistant manager. You cannot load anything but your 7 eleven wallet at THIS store per my Boss. Sorry. I don't make the rules sir.

Very friendly staff and extremely clean store!

Needed motor oil n the store was closed. Overnight guy opened up to help me out. Good man thank you very much

A small fella here named Tony had absolutely no manners I was polite to him yes please thank you so on and so forth the man was a complete mute unless you are of caucasian descent. I’m happy I was able to witness that, I as a Buisness owner will not be spending my money here I would rather go to another gas station and give away my money to someone who will provide me customer service and treat me l with the respect we all deserve any business owners should know better. The race track about two blocks down the road provides much better service and quality products I’ll spend my money there instead.

Dear management I’m just curious Could you explain me why is she acting like this and why she shushed on me?
Today I was about get some coffee and pizza But at 6 PM o’clock main front door was closed I checked working hours - 24/7 Okay I tried one more time In a minute she open a door shush on me and said I have to go Cmon hurry up go inside
I said Well if so you can close the door again and go where you wanna go

The little things like filling your windshield fluid and picking up trash on the ground are why Racetrack and Wawa are taking over the markets.

Awful service. They say 24/7 but they are NOT. I went there at 11:50pm and they door was locked when I Googled it says 24/7. The cashier told me they are locked after midnight because of robberies and said some thing about a cleaning crew so that why it is locked. Then put that in your hours on Google, fyi. This is Estero/SWFL retired people every where. Very confused about a locked door at a 24/7 gas station. Get your people in line. I guess your owner doesn’t want to make money. ✌🏼

PS - I don’t think you will do anything about this based on pass reviews.

So today I walked in to buy something's and to cash in a $100 scratch off . The attendant check the validity of the scratch off and then he kind of threw it on the counter and said that he was not able to cash in that Florida lottery ticket because it was over $50 a and that says he got robbed he's not cashing in anything over $50 so I replied well I am not going to rob you I just wanted to buy some items and cash in a lottery ticket and he replied "I don't care I have two guns" so what exactly is the problem I wonder he cares or dies not care ?

I walked in and went to grab a drink. When I went up to pay for it there were no cashiers for 5 minutes. I could hear a few people talking from behind a wall with an open door behind the registers. With robberies and theft such a big deal in retail environments I can't imagine it's a good business practice to not have someone on the floor at all times and especially for such a long period of time. I easily could have walked behind the register or taken the product I went in to buy and walked right out the door. It's definitely not convenience when I have to wait so long for someone to ring me out.

Went in to get a sandwich. When I realized it wasn't cooked, I called to see if there was anyway I could get my money back in the morning, because I was short on time. The employee over the phone, refused to give his name, or any useful info, so knowing there were two employees, I hung up and called back. It took several tries of calling back, introducing myself and being hung up on, but finally the other employee answered to tell me he was a manager (he wasn't), and that I need to stop calling. So instead of coming to a rational, reasonable explanation, they chose to act like children, and threaten me. This of course leading to my first online review ever, due to my total befuddlement at such terrible customer service.

How does this store stay in business? Store manager who works the morning is flat-out rude to customers, and unhelpful to boot. When stores are run like this it gives 7-11 a bad name…

Tried to use the air / vacuum machine.
I was charged on my card but I was not able to inflate my tires.

Poor customer service inside also.
I was told that
- they knew the machine was not working
- they can’t do anything Because it’s not their equipment even if it’s on their premises and have the “7 Eleven” logo on it
- to go try another one (!!!)
- they couldn’t refund my money
- to call the number on the machine (which I called and realized it was a number to call for service the machine , not for a refund)

I came here at 4pm and I guess they were closed. Surprising for the start of a busier time during the day. Doors were locked and nobody inside. I've never seen a 7/11 closed.
