Dillard's

The service in the women's department upstairs (by Westbound lsat night) was really great. She was nice and suggested some great things. In fact, I bought the jeans you suggested when I would not have looked at them.

The service in the Clinque area was great too. The 2 young women there were attentive and helpful. They even offered me samples to try out. Thank you for your help.

Thus may be the last great large scale department store. I searched all over town for holiday dresses and finally ended up at Dillard's. It is freestanding and out of the way for me, not at a mall or anything. But the customer service was exceptional. The store is clean and organized. There are sales associates who will ask how you are doing and bring you different sizes. It brought back the thrill of shopping with my grandmother at Saks 5th Avenue when I was younger. I would recommend this store a million times over anything at the mall or discount/ outlet stores! Truly a great shopping experience!

I was trying to match a Dior foundation that was discontinued. I had the nicest lady assist me, we finally found an Estee Lauder foundation that was an even better match! Great customer service in the cosmetic department.

Absolutely satisfying to shop for shoes they have good quality and great sales Kurt Geiger in shoes was so helpful and paciente with me made sure I found the comfort I was searching for good employees are hard to come by I sure hope they are paying him what he’s worth.He is a good sales person.Highly recommend Dillards Iwill be coming back.

I am a first time shopper at Dillard's. I was just on an outing with my mom, who really is a Dillard's fan, I have lived in places where there were no Dillard's. Upon entrance we were greeted very nicely by employees. Store was very warm with its color scheme, decor and lighting. The attendant(a woman, with a lovely shade of red hair) who was working the fragrance center at the time was just SUPERB! with her personality, knowledge, and help. the gentleman working the men's department was spot on with help in finding a tailor to help my mom with some garment alterations from home. Was a visit as if we were treating ourselves. Thank You Dillard's.

Awesome. The three people in the shoe department were fast, helpful, new there shoes and helped me onto the handbags , do I bought a little more and got the perfect clutch. I'd tried other stores, it was a day before a wedding and I never imagined that I would find anything just right, but they did. Thanks so much. Why do I even TRY other places. Such a happy customer.

I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift for my 85 year old Mom, she has always been a fan of Dillard's. I want to thank salesperson Robin for her hard work helping my Mom while I waited. Robin was the only person working in her department that day and she had several customers to care for all at once but was still able to help Mom with her selection. Well done Robin!

Their customer service is amazing! I bought some clothes for a wedding, a tie, and a belt for a wedding. Unfortunately the belt didn't make it into my bag. I live over an hour away from the Reno store. I called and spoke to the manager and he apologized, and immediately got my address, sent it overnight. Reminds me how it used to be. When customers were important.

I was helping a friend shop for a dress for a cruise. Of the two other stores in the Reno area that we checked, Dillard's has the best "evening " dress selection that I know of in town. Sizes seen, 6 - 16. But the 14 - 16 was very limited.

Attended a convention in Reno for several days and visited Dillard's at the Summit twice during my time in town. Very nice store with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Spent a lot of money, but well worth it. I was very impressed with the top quality and very stylish men's clothing brands available (notably Cremieux & Hart Schaffner Marx). Most stores these days carry clothing that's acceptable only for attending a luau or a resort. Finally able to get beautiful and professional looking clothes to wear to work. Every sales associate I came in contact with offered top notch service. Enjoyed my interaction and great conversations with each one. Awesome store... thanks for the hospitality and deals!

Picked up my doc martens for Christmas and the pickup location was a little confusing but it made up for it when I received my online order and it was beautifully gift wrapped and ribboned. My mom loved her gift, thank you Dillard's

Sales people are very helpful and friendly. In the past they would hold their famous year end sale early on New Years Day. Hope someone has some info on whether it will happen in 2023.

Always a clean and diverse collection of clothes and accessories! Reno is lucky to have this place as the population grows.

Wonderful staff, very approachable, and some amazing deals! I went in for a bath rug, a sales associate in the department took the time to help me find what I wanted, even showed me the sale items! Such a wonderful shopping experience, but very pricey. Had I not known what I was looking for I easily could have spent a small fortune.

It was wonderful. We had a great shopping day. The tallest guy in the shoe department was great as usual. We always have him wait on us. Between the two of us we bought 6 pairs of shoes. And a purse. Everyone is so nice and friendly.
