AT&T Store

Nick, the manager, was exceptional from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. He handled our problem while tending to other customers as they came in the door seamlessly. He made the experience very pleasant and provided amazing customer service. He also found a couple of ways to save us money on our wireless bill and helped us sign up for wireless internet to save us even more money. He even brought out crayons and paper for my 2 year old son when he became restless after his nap. 10/10 for Nick, the manager at the Pell City, Alabama AT&T STORE.

Joseph Huffstetler, the comment before me. You can call 911 without a sim card. All he needed was his phone. The employee Allison is a hard worker as well as the manager. I'm sure they did as well as they could given what they have to work with.

As soon as we walked into the store, we were helped immediately. Considering the reason we were there, we were always updated about what was next. Everything was perfect, Nick was very respectful and made sure we were comfortable.

Loved all the customers except for Abby Mitchell she was the rudest lady to all of us the moment she came in. I make mistakes and I tried fixing the problem by giving her credit or exchanging the phones. She decided to keep the phones, she just wanted to come in one more time to act like the little child she is.

Great experience. Nick answered my questions and then actually fixed a problem that I did not think could be fixed. Thanks, guys.

Excellent customer service. Lane was very helpful and kind. He answered all our questions and made sure all our concerns were met.

Pell city AT&T store has great customer service and definitely know how to talk to their people go in ask for Nick and he’ll take care of you for sure 👍

After a bad deal from a non-affiliated third party AT&T vendor at Sam's Club, I went to these guys to help me. Even though I wasn't their customer, I was treated with respect and they helped me resolve an issue. If I ever consider AT&T again, this is the store I'll go to.

Cameron was very helpful and patient with us and he answered all our questions and concerns. The waiting time was less than two minutes. He was the only worker there at the time, he gained a long line but he handled the situation very well. Cameron was an awesome rep and I would definitely visit this location again because of his great service!

The rep Cameron at the pell city location is very professional. Always great attitude. Stayed late to help me with no complaints. It would be smart to give him management opportunity or a good raise.

I visited the local AT&T store in Pell City recently several times about my iPhone XR . Even though I did not purchase the phone there, I do have AT&T as my carrier and have had it since at least 2015. I’ve never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. First visit was to transfer from my 6+ To the XR. Fast and courteous! Second visit was to troubleshoot the SIM card error I was getting. It was fixed but happened again! this last visit we decided I needed a new SIM card! So far so good. Both Cameron and Nick were very helpful. As a senior citizen in a wheelchair, this is not always the case!

Staff was wonderfully helpful and patient while we placed orders for a new business account! Helped us save money and even get free product! Definitely recommend Fisher and Joshua!

The young man, whose name is on the top of my tongue, good looking , dark hair, very personable, was awesome! He showed me pictures of his niece and nephew, all the while working on my phone. He was great.

Kristin McCulloch at Pell City AT&T was so helpful and knowledgeable when I came in for an upgrade. She was classy and quirky, and I'll be asking for her when I come back in the future. AT&T needs more employees like her! Keep up the great work!
