I’m here at AT&T store. Here in Iowa. I’m from Houston Tx. These two individuals are a blessing to me. For the last few months I’ve been paying over $1000 a month. Now there fixing my bill back to normal. I would advise with issues. Please come to this store. They are awesome!!!!

Stacey provided awesome customer service for me and my wife. She didn't keep trying the up sales on plans and new phones like our other experiences with cell service providers. Through her efforts we found the Plan that we wanted and the price we wanted. Absolutely no pressure to buy more than we needed. Thanks again , Stacey, we appreciate it.

Stacy was great to work with! I switched from US cellular and was unable to receive verification codes when trying to log back into my accounts. She took her time to walk me through all the steps to figure out the problem! In the end it was figured out! I appreciate all of her help! She deserves great recognition!

Stacey helped me today with a billing issue. She called 3 different people to help me with an issue that wasn’t really about the fee’s. It was about doing what is right for the customer. She was fantastic. The company is about making money. Stacey is about making customers happy enough to still purchase product from the company.

If I could give more then 5 stars I most definitely would hands down, Andrea an Erin deserve the highest of high rating to be given! They really put their all into what they do and it shows with how good they are at it, I ported over to AT&T also purchased myself a new phone this afternoon. Such a open an friend environment soon as you walk in that door with welcoming smiles an happy to help how ever with whatever! If you dont believe me go an see for yourselves... I bet my bottom dollar you'll be glad ya did!
