Everytime I come in, the employees go above and beyond to make sure I am happy and supported with my printing needs. I love this location. Aida is always the one that helps me, and recently she worked with me for 2 hours to make sure I am happy with the stickers I had to print out for work. I am so grateful and appreciative of her. She definitely deserves to get a raise or promoted for the amount of work she puts in to make her customers happy. I am always returning to this location because of her! Thanks so much Aida for everything, you are the best!

The store associate greeted me and was friendly. And patient even though my kids were running around after a long day of the last weekday of Summer , after, meet the teacher. They let me know about their offers such as Matching prices and teacher discount (which gives you a store credit now, for future purchases)!

I arrived here after leaving a competitors place. The young lady at the printing area was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I gave her my order and she was straightforward with pricing and options. I had my young son with me and she was polite and answered the 100 questions he was asking. Made him feel seen and heard. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Jordan was extremely accommodating and friendly.

The printing service are amazing. Yesterday night I sent my order to print 3 posters with foam, and today is ready to pickup. Happy with the quality and happy with the great service.

Immediately helped by Zac as soon as I walked in. Excellent, professional, and found the best product for me very quickly. Also helped me set up rewards and showed how much savings a person can get by registering for rewards program. Definitely will be back to shop in the future. Good Vibes

I was given excellent customer service by Jesse in the printing department. He answered all my questions related to the document upload process, in store pickup orders and pricing. It was a little scary submitting and approving my proof on-line, but he assured me that he would contact me, if he saw anything out of the ordinary. Jesse processed my order quickly and professionally. I was thrilled by the final product.

Jesse in printing is awesome! Great customer service! I came in shortly before closing time and he helped me with a printing job that needed some technical assistance to exactly how I needed it. Much appreciated.

Sales associate Zachary did a very very good job helping me where the website just fell on its but didn't get the job done. You might want to think about your website being improved. When I can't figure out whether or not something is powered by a USB cord batteries or 120 volts, you got some issues!!!

I had a transaction at this Office Depot today and want to give a shout out to Rebecca, the associate who helped me.
She was pleasant and patient throughout and it was so refreshing to see that in a young person. She is a great asset to Office Depot!

Zach was an amazing salesperson! His extensive knowledge of just about every product and willingness to hear out the customer and THEIR needs enhanced the experience more than ever.

I went in to buy a new printer. I wanted one of the EPSON refillable ink ones. I could not wait to leave my bulky paleolithic CANON PIXMA in the past. I hated spending $90 for new(half filled) ink cartridges.

Not only did Zach share an in depth review for the EPSON 2850 and other liquid intake printers, he handled the transaction with a high degree of attention. He managed to help me save money numerous ways (I turned in my old printer(-30), I was a teacher, I turned in old ink cartridges, and I used my rewards) - Not to mention the printer was listed at 249.99 vs Costco's listing at 279.

After purchasing additional black ink for $19, my total after tax was $256. My wife and I are yelling across the house about how excited we are to try the new printer after having great experience from Officedepot and Zach.

First and foremost thank you for being pet friendly - I usually don’t take my dog in stores but it was a quick trip to get a new office chair and they were welcoming. I want to give a special thanks to the gentlemen who started his first day today. He was so helpful and offered to lift a heavy box for me to checkout and even offered to bring it to my car without me asking. I believe his name was Zach (I forgot but I did let his manager know at the time I was there in the store of how sweet he was and she knew who I was talking about). I had a great experience for a short visit and I’m very appreciative of the excellent customer service!

Aida, Angelica, and Zachary are so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us with a printing project, getter the correct ink, and we ended up buying a new printer anyway. Thank you for excellent service.

Jasmine Tech Services sets the bar high for providing Customer Service and consistently meeting my Customer's expectations. She has been assisting me for 2 years for my small request and she will keep the line moving by asking "Are you here to pick up an order? " She assist big jobs and will assist my small jobs with dignity and respect going above and beyond the call of duty. I will only go to this Nasa location because of Jazmine. She is Highly professional and will get it done better and quicker than Fedex .

Office Depot is one of my favorite stores, and I really appreciate the physical locations. Further, I appreciate that staff is always available, knowledgeable and helpful to my needs. Kudos to all the employees there.

Great experience. Staff VERY helpful & friendly. Prices are at a premium vs. a big box store but the staff here is very friendly & courteous unlike big box stores.
