Kroger

This Kroger is clean and organized every time I shop. With it being the holidays and the store being packed, there were no available baskets inside and I didn't think to bring one in from the parking lot. I accumulated several items and as I was carrying them through the store, an employee named Eric saw me struggling, stopped stocking the shelves and went somewhere to retrieve a basket for me, without me asking and even with me saying there weren't any available. He even asked if I thought he took too long when he got back. That is unexpected excellent customer service, which is always a good thing. Kroger has a great employee in Eric.

I Found it really necessary to post this because it is deserved!!
DESTINY... the young lady working self checkout.... has AMAZING enthusiasm and top notch customer service. I know this because I have written a book about the art of service explaining customer service and what it means to win a client for life. This young lady has nailed those tactics. She is showing a mastery level of engagement. At THE LEAST I heard Destiny wish each customer a fair well... Destiny, if my company was not in Fort Worth, I would hire you as a Guest Service Manager. Thank you for your level of service. Keep going. Don't ever dim it because it will take you places. ;) thats why I asked for your name yesterday.

On the flip side.... idk what was going on with the produce yesterday but um... those fruit flies were swarming. Someone please call eco lab to assist with this because I had to deny produce because the flies had built themselves a whole town in the area. I never thought I would see something like that going to Kroger. Walmart, possibly... kroger, no. If it wasn't for the service when I was checking myself out, maybe 2-3 stars.

I've visited a lot of Kroger locations and this one always seems to set the standards for all of the others. The employees are always friendly and just about every trip I always see one of the managers on the floor making sure everything around the store is being done correctly and kept up to par. I've never had to wait in line too long to check out. I get great savings with the online coupons and I use the app to help me save even more and stay up to date on the latest deals and sales. The deli department always has friendly people working. The produce is always fresh and usually well stocked. I do my grocery shopping here before I go to any other grocery store every time!

We dont shop here all the time but it is one of our favorites.

Let’s just say this review was initially one star until “Mirene” (manager) came out. I had been trying to get my vehicle registration all week. Both times, I called ahead of time and staff members told me the money center was open and working. They were closed both times when I came. The second time I was so frustrated because I had my 1 year old with me and had taken off work again. Mirene politely explained the problem (they had a new machine) even while I had a bit of an attitude and actually had the lady come out and do my vehicle registration for me. I appreciate her, because I was very upset. Happy now though lol.

I needed a last minute floral arrangement for a friend. I just happened to stop at Krogers to see if they had any suitable readymade arrangements. I found an arrangement but one of the stems was broken. I took the arrangement to the florist, Connie, and she did a great job adding flowers and sprucing up the arrangement. My friend loved it! Thank you Connie!

Young man was very pleasant in the fresh seafood section. I needed some fish he ask me what kind right at closing. Thank you so much last minute guests wanted fish. He cane through for me. Meal accomplished everybody ate well!!

Shelly the florist was the best. She created a beautiful arrangement for a friend who lost a loved one. Not only did she create the arrangement, but she took time to explain how to best take care of the flowers. Shelly made the experience personal which honestly made me forget that I was in Kroger. Shelly has made Kroger my new place for floral arrangements. Thank you Shelly, you really made someone's day special!

Awesome!....early morning shopping works for me👍, because I don't 'relish' shopping and crowds. As I walked to the *self check out! I said to a another customer! "I don't like having to do this"(*self check out....capable but not always willing). As I entered the the area, one of the most loyal Kroger employees was there to greet me and started to scan my grocery selections in my basket....I was so thankful and surprised.....

Ive only had a couple of problems with a couple people who worked here in the 13 years I've been going here. I love this store. They have great sales and customer service. I love the people who work here they treat you like family.

This place has been here a long time. Lots of services. I found hard 2 find items. I was pleased to see them. I got vehicle tax sticker @ customer service. Minutes earlier, i was in the county tax ofc in a long line.

The store is clean and well organized. New feature is the "click and go " program. Download the app, shop-on the app, then drive in the designated parking space and ur groceries are delivered 2 ur car.

Great location in a populated area. The staff is helpful and knowledable. the bakery staff is wonderful. Porsha in the bakery is both loud and funny. The cashiers are enthusiastic. Olga in the deli keeps fresh selections. Great staff but the worst customers I've ever seen.

Great customer service

I enjoy the consistency of the entire Kroger chain. Everytime I ask an associate where a certain product may be; I am attended to in a expeditious and courteous manner. I shop at Kroger on my job for the fire station meals and personally for my home. I access five different Kroger stores and I have great experiences in them all.

I came in this morning to get some sweet potatoes and the assistant manager I thank you said his name is Rufus over the produce department was very helpful very kind and very courteous I will shop here the next some money produce and I will Recommend Kroger to all my friends thank you and have a blessed day Lawrie fields

I usually always find everything I need and then some; hence I go in wanting 2 things but I come out with $120 worth of stuff. This particular Kroger has always been clean well-stocked responsive to getting new products and cashiers to stockers always have Smiles on their face so I do hope that you treat them very very well. They do Kroger a great service because they are Kroger when I'm standing there interacting with them. The only complaint I have is always going to be as long as there's new people learning to sack groceries please be careful of the eggs and tomatoes and those nice beautiful squishy fruits and vegetables we like please don't put cans of dog food on top of tomatoes.. and you may consider having an extra person help at the customer service desk because anyone I ever see maning that post is both Brave patient a multitasker to the 10th degree and exhibit patience that takes my breath away period I have seen customers abuse this particular petite little lady older lady let me tell you something I hope you'll watch her cuz she is a great asset.

Great store!

Luv this store, always have great variety and great courteous customer service, go out of my way for Nonni' s biscotti of which they always have at least five varieties in stock at all times, other stores could learn from this location , please keep up the good work

I did not know they have a pharmacy. The staff were helpful, fast and friendly. Brian had me in and out in five minutes. Afterwards, I even picked up a few grocery items.
