I really love dropping off my return Amazon packages here. It's so quick and easy. The associates are always kind fast and knowledgeable.

I am going to give Kohl’s a 5 only because the cashier- Sandra was so friendly and helpful. I hardly shop in Kohl’s so I am not extremely familiar with all the discounts. My son has moved to his own place so I was buying kitchen and houseware items my total was over $700 but after Sandra applied discounts, my coupons and Kohl’s cash it was a little over $250. I was so happy and my son loves it all.

Quality designed items plus beautiful styles! Reasonable priced on all items with great discounts! I gladly recommend without hesitation! Super satisfied customer here : )

This location is a treasure in the making. It is a triple treat in one department store. If you are not aware, Cedar Hill Kohl's is home to Sephora as well as a pick-up & return location for Amazon.
Great customer service, clean store, and great selection of inventory. I experienced a well stocked, efficient shopping experience for a Tuesday evening at 5 pm.

The customer service was exemplary. Beatrice, store assciates assisted us with a return, and the process could not have been better. Sandra, assisted us with a purchase. She was very efficient with the purchase. Both store associates were very friendly and the customer service was excellent.

The young lady who waited on us was very sweet. She greeted us when we walked in and checked us out. Helped with a problem on a price. Very sweet. I don't remember her name. I visited Kohl's in Cedar Hill. Wednesday September 27, 2023 About 12:00 PM. I really want her to be recognized for helping out. She's really young.

Kohl’s in Cedar Hill, Tx is the best store to shop. The store is big, nice and clean. The checkout lady there name Charlotte is amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Went in to buy a vacuum cleaner, I was surprised on the price range. I purchased one a the price I was wanting to spend on my Kohls card. Thank you so much for the great customer services at this location. Thank you Sandra for cashing me and giving me the great customer experience.

Good prices, look through out the store to find good deals from name brands.

Had the pleasure of visiting Kohl's with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. The store was very clean and very neat. The employees were very respectful and courteous. The items for sale were very reasonably priced compared to other stores in the area. Based on the overall experience we will definitely visit Kohl's again.
