Thanks to Chole and Alexandria. They were very helpful. The cashier was so kind. Management was everywhere, making sure the store was clean and ran effectively. My only complaint is not discounting my box that was damaged to the point where the product could've been missing 🙃. I loved the self check out!!! Love love love! It's usually a bit of wait time, but it wasn't too bad. Chloe helped me with my fabric and even helped me get my things to the car. I'm so grateful for her and Alexandria, who was actually leaving, but took time to make sure I was taken care of. Kudos, ladies. Don't ever lose that glow! Also, keep B2S filled, Pleassee!!! (Order more) This store is popular and run out of items quickly. I travel more than 20min and pass another location because I like this store that much. Don't mess it up by having empty shelves on items us TEACHERS need and Love! ;) 😉

Greeted at the door. Sales associate was courteous and polite. Very nice getting greeted with a welcoming smile. Store was bright and cheery with spring items on display. Planners were 40-70% discounted. Found a set of inspirational bracelets. Nice selection of snacks at the checkout line. Sales associate was courteous and my transaction was quick. Always good service at the Cedar Hill location.

Clean organized, great customer service. I was looking for wallet size picture frames and found some beautiful ones, only 3.99 the ones in Amazon over $13.00 thanks.

The employees here were very helpful. The store had the item I was looking for in stock and on sale. When the line got longer than 3 people they opened another register. All around good store.

I absolutely love the young lady in the framing department. I wish I could remember her name. I decided that I wanted to hang the picture vertical and she changed the hardware in less than five minutes and she even walked me to my car.

Bought a white marker for less than 5 bucks. Worth every penny! I love how it highlights over colored pencil!

You know something.... I came in here for one thing.... I left with a $300 receipt. Now I'm not sure why or how... but the sales in this place make an adult feel like a kid in a penny candy store. I was in mini heaven.

I had some canvases that I wanted framed & the lady who helped me was awesome .. I wish I had gotten her name! She gave me options & pricing & didn't offer an opinion, nor did I feel like she was trying to upsell me, which I greatly appreciated .. she knew that I knew how I wanted em to look .. they turned out great & I thought it was a fair price .. I def recommend Michael's for your framing needs!

Clean. Mostly Organized. Personable.

I visited on a Friday afternoon. Every person I spoke with was wonderfully helpful. Stopped to look for yarn and left with what I needed and a bit more. The yarn section could be a bit more organized but not so horrible that I couldn't find what I was looking for nor did it make me feel uneasy.

The staff is great and always helpful. I was a little sad to see that they are discontinuing the Wilton products but it won't keep me from shopping there. The store is always clean and organized. The customer service alone will keep me as a life customer.

Phenomenal service. My boyfriend and I came here on a little date night, and we used a gift card. Well we had some trouble at checkout with the giftcard, but it was resolved in about 10 minutes. I appreciate the patience and understanding of the staff.

Sexism still exists, I was trying to find some frames in the store when I overheard a small conversation about picking up some items before a different customer began screaming profanities at a young girl because she helped a woman before him.

I know a little bit about framing and the man had four large portraits which would have taken the framing girl at least over an hour to frame while the woman that she helped first was picking up some items which would have been finished within 2 minutes.

The man then began to get all up in the girl's face screaming that she's racist and not giving her a chance to speak even though it was because he couldn't wait 2 minutes to be helped. All in all he was a man and he felt entitled that he should have gotten help first because he was a man.

This store is great and the framing manager and her employees are also great I've never once met any form of racism coming from any one of those ladies there. I will continue to be shopping here.

I got some wonderful deals!

It was great!! Always neat and clean and well stoked. I am a teacher, I was pleasantly surprised to find calendar set for 500. Border for .99 and classroom posters for 3.99. Tell your friends!!

It was a nice visit to Michael 's.
We found the flowers we needed to put on our loved ones graves.
They were on sale for the Easter season.
We also found other floral items for me to use on the springtime wreath I will be able to finally put together.
Yay!
The staff was friendly and helpful.
I only had a few minutes to shop today as we were in a hurry...
Otherwise I would have shopped for an hour or more.
Can barely wait to go back!!
And the store always smells good.
Ohh and I snagged the last 2 packages of PEEPS!!

Always love this store, found some flowers but found out that they weren't on sale, so because they were more than I could afford, I had to put them back. Sad to say.....
