Our experience has not been good. We privately sell butcher hogs and have for years. We will no longer be using this butcher for several reasons.
1. Waited 3 weeks to get hog back let hogs hang for nearly 2 weeks before cutting.....why????
2. Could not guarantee if you would get mild or hot sausage " we don't know which spice package is which"
3. Cuts done wrong and no amends to make it right for the customer.
4. Not reliable.
5. Poor customer service
We try to support local businesses in our county but this will no longer be one of them.
