Standard UPS store. The folks here provide great customer service. Knowledgeable and quick staff make print(ing) and copies efficient and effortless (for the customer).

The UPS store here in town is wonderful. I experienced a shipping error and they did everything in their power to make it right. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism with the matter.

Melissa and her helper were very accommodating and helpful. She had my posters done within 1 day- 3 days sooner than what I expected and they looked so good! Her customer service went above and beyond!

Melissa was fantastic. She helped me to understand how to print labels. Every time I need to ship anything this is where I go. They are always so nice and helpful.

We've had a box with them for almost a year and we love it. I don't have to worry about being home for packages and I know it will be safe until I come and pick them up. We have had several heavy and large package come through and Aaron has help to carry them out for me which was a lifesaver, thanks Aaron. All the people who work there have always been kind, friendly and professional.

Initial experience was a disaster! BUT KEEP READING TO THE END!!! Employee was rude and dishonest ... was overcharged and items were received damaged. Was told claim was filed but then got no response. Frustrating! BUT finally got help from MELISSA!!! She has taken on difficult situation and worked diligently to resolve it! She has gone extra mile to make sure that my issues were ironed out. I was compensated for damaged items because of her assistance. My calls and emails were returned quickly. If she didn’t have the answer, she took the time to find out. I am very thankful for her assistance, and I am pleased to endorse the changes this store has made to undo the previous customer service problems.

Great services available here! Everyone has always been helpful; today Melissa helped me with returns. She was very courteous and patient.

10/10 would recommend! I went there shortly before 11 a.m. on a Sunday to get a few moving boxes, and the associate who helped me, Shane, was very helpful! He showed me the different types they offered, seemed very knowledgeable on the sizing and prices, and was overall a very pleasant employee to interact with! Please do stop in and support this local small business!

The lady who helped pull our bacon out of the pan this afternoon was awesome! I was able to send her a .doc file which she resized to print and then after we signed it, she scanned it as a pdf. From start to finish, we were ready to roll in less than five minutes and she did this all for a walk-in customer from out of town! We have found Nebraskans to be amazingly friendly people and helpful to a fault and the staff at the local UPS Store did nothing to dissuade us from our ongoing vacation crush on Nebraskans. Thank you so much for taking the time to make our day better!

Melissa went above and beyond to help us get 2 banners and 2 posters created and printed within the same day! She is very proficient and very professional I have been dealing with the store for many years and have never had such a friendly manager or staff in the store it's pleasing to go in there and have an atmosphere to where the customer is valued and their needs are prioritized this store has been a complete turnaround over the last few months and I am very impressed

Dr. Charles Boettcher D.D.S. would highly recommend the UPS store at 410 E. Leota, Ste 5 in North Platte. They always do an amazing job at handling, processing, and insuring the delivery of all our packages coming in and going out. The delivery individuals are always well-spoken and polite. Brianna was very helpful when i was trying to ship out a package, and it was done very quick and easy. Would definetly reccomend going here if you need a package shipped!

The staff was friendly very knowledgeable about the services they provided Melissa Shane and Aaron We’re very down to earth friendly very talkative and made our visit to the store very welcoming overall it was a good visit we will definitely be returning when we come back through town
